Good evening everyone, I am Patrick by name. Someone refer me to this trend and I have read a lot of studying in Canada tips and also testimonies. Thanks to all that have been making things easy for people like me and Congratulations to all those that have gotten their PPR. I can’t wait to come and share my testimony soon. Now to what brought me here I want to apply for Masters in any of these 3 schools (Thompson Rivers University in BC) (University of New Brunswick) and (Memorial University Newfoundland) But before I go ahead, I have some questions and I’ll really appreciate if I can get answers. Thanks 1. Please which of the schools above will you recommend? (Acceptance rate, standard of living e.t.c) 2. I will be 36years this year, Is it advisable to go through study route? 3 I graduated (almost 10years now) with 3.86 cgpa in Applied zoology and environmental biology. And I am willing to do my Masters in Environmental Science/biology/ ecology. But the challenge is I have over 8years experience in marketing. Will my career in marketing not affect my course of study in terms of visa application.? 4. What are my chances of getting study permit because of the 10years gap between graduation, my career path and now that I want to further? 5. How can I go about proof of funds as I will be sponsoring myself and my young family(they will come later)? Sorry for the long post @learner246 @olasubomy @omiinii @makano @lekiboboe and others |
paxonel:Lol it’s the opening day na, so all kind of peeps will attend. When operation starts then anybody can go there |
yaki84:Lol you clearly do not know Juninho purembacano, he was the best free kick taker ever till now. Only David Beckham comes close, he even scored more free kick goals than regular goals Enjoy your day man |
DoggoneDogg:I am not a fan of Ronaldo or Messi but this your statement is baseless and very weird. They teammates, they are meant to work together. Let’s don’t be sentimental and biased in our judgements, just enjoy the game. Bless |
Yes you can access 25% after 4months of being unemployed, it’s called lump sum. They will ask for some documents like letter of resignation, passport, birth cert etc I can’t remember again. And the most important one is they will require a letter of accrued from your ex employer, so you really need good favour from your ex employer. Contact your pension company and they will give you details. I received mine around April this year to support my business. It’s quite fast sha |
How much would I need to get ready to start with this boss man? And anyway I can reach you to ask more questions about it if you don't mind?
|

Good evening bro, please carefully read what I wrote, foodstuff is good but the money you have won’t really be effective Firstly I really appreciate your input, well said. But on the second thought that amount he has won’t give him enough foodstuff to get profit with him getting a shop as well. I own a food stuff shop, I can tell you the profit margin is so terrible now because of the inflation, true he will sell because people must eat but the profit margin is ridiculously terrible these days. Spaghetti is 10naira gain, semo is 20gain, most of those stuffs are between 10-20 gain these days. Let me shock you, a bag of rice you can only get between 350-500 gain, do you how long it will take him to sell 64dericas. See the fact is it moves but the profit is not like before, most sellers are just roughing it. Those Igbo guys doing it, it’s on a very high scale they invest several millions in it so they end up selling to wholesalers and they have volume. Those 10,20naira in large volume at least makes sense but they are still complaining. I know so many of them, then secondly they have other businesses that sustains them they won’t tell you. If it’s other kind of food stuffs is ok but you see raw food stuff is a no no. You can sell market of 10k in a day, your profit might be 500naira because you are putting almost all the money back ASAP. People are not saying the truth on the raw food stuff biz. Secondly, the flunctuation of prices will frustrate him, you can buy a keg oil this week for 20k and it will reduce to 18k in 3days time. You have to sell with the new price or else people will not buy because food stuff have so many competitors. Even if you get updates on new market Prices you can’t be fully updated so you will surely run at a loss. Thirdly putting someone there will ruin the biz as he won’t be able to measure theft. He can only count few things. I also have a thrift store for Akube (Uk and Us) , that one make sense gan. You can count even it increases, you make gain on clothes and shoes from 30-100%. He can be confident putting someone there because the account is open. Gracias |

Very dope album, so cool.....but I will rate his rendezvous project he released earlier in the year better. In all itsva a classic album, the stories he told really made it unique |

I'm married and I don't have a child yet but by HIS grace I would have mine too and also pray for a safe delivery too.
