The earliest date I can have an interview is the 6th of January @ Ikeja. I have registered on teleperformance and they sent me an email, I hope that is all there is to it. I didn't pick any of the special services yet though, I don't think I'll need them. My view on the TP site has not reflected the appointment date yet, I suppose there'd be some form of reconciliation between TP and UKVI before it shows up, yes?

Bro you don't need any special service,paying for any will be waste of resources.print the appointment confirmation from the ukvisa website that's all.Tp will have you already in the system.ikeja is still faster than VI cos the visas are processed at Abuja in contrast to Sheffield where VI sends out applications to.

I got a call from the courier service today that they were around my house trying to locate my house and they could not locate my house. I just gave them my Mum's number to call and deliver it because im not in town. When she got the parcel I called her again to check what was inside, she did and said no visa found. I called her back again to read carefully through all the documents to see anything like denial letter and she said nothing. After 2hrs she called and said she saw something like work permit 20hrs and so on.......... I jumped up immediately. On Saturday I got a mail from UKVI after tracking again saying that they strongly advise me not to purchase any travel booking, I was so so worried. I want to use this medium to thank everyone here, my man Pato, my boss @justwise,worry358 and every other person. Also I want to advise anyone waiting not to worry so much if you don't see any approval mail, I think they don't send it always........

Congrats brov,I knew all along it will be issued,good your HK trip is still good to go.Now you have 101 reasons to stop learning how to cook egusi soup.Lol

Yes if the required funds ain't complete it's a big issue,the VO has to be sure you can take care of yourself when you arrive the uk and not be a burden to the system.
They have to be your legal guadian to be able to use their statement,this is even dicey,get the money from the uncle or brother and have it the account with your own name this saves you lotta stress and explanations.

I just got admission into a uni in uk too. my own case is quite different, the statement of account i intend to use was shows account flow from july 1st till november 17th with a closing balance of 4.2 mil. I have paid my deposit of 3500 but not from the account. but i am confused if i can still use the statement of account as am i will be applying for visa on the 6th of january. will this same statement work or i will need to get another one considering the 28days ish?

It's as simple as ABC if you submit an application with a statement of account with a closing balance date longer than 31 days you will be denied.in your own interest I don't see why you won't pay in little money into the account few days before you apply and print a more recent statement with recent closing balance date.

Just be calm,I know your visa is approved and issued.You had all done by the book I don't see any reason why your visa won't be issued.

Don't buy travel ticket yet for HK till you have your passport at hand,take into consideration the holidays and weekends it's likely passport won't be returned before 27th

guys thanks for the reply. yea initial reason for refusal was due to maintenance funds because bank statement was out of date.
I am worried that they might refuse me if I make mistakes on the form.

You do have maintenance funds due for payment.you have to cross that section and write amount of maintenance funds.

please guys help me for the last time, I need an urgent reply. I made a treble mistake whilst filling the online tier 4 form.
the university offered me 1000 GBP oversea scholarship award upon payment of tuition fee. Although my tuition has been paid in full.
- question 6.14 self assessment form- do you receive support from financial sponsor that meet the uk border agency definition of financial sponsor? I said no on the online form, but meanwhile I've been offered a scholarship of 1000.
- question 6.16 and 6.17 self assessment form
it says do u still remaining fees and maintenance still due for payment? I said no on the online form, my tuition been paid but my maintenance haven't been paid.
THE THING IS GUYS, I REALISED I MADE A MISTAKE ON HE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM WHICH CAN'T BE CHANGED,

For the first question you are correct with the answer.you don't have a scholarship as it is.

For the second mistake as I have read here the experts tell people,yes you can write explaining your mistake and correcting it.

Each of all these places, although on the campus, have different addresses.

The campus you will be studying at should have a registered address use it.

How did you handle this question?

You should use your school's address,then during the interview if asked where you will stay explain that you intend viewing the apartments before you let,also prove that you have made research on the area you want to live in,you can mention street names and also some landlords or agents you are in contact with.they just want to know if you have let or made plans towards letting.

Thhe relief I felt was just#*#*#*.... considering that I didn't get a mail of visa issuance or dat my application was considered. I ThankGod dat @ last, dis veeeery long journey has finally ended.
