This is an appreciation post and my review of Bolu1986, he installed the p.o.p at my current build and I must say his professionalism and attention to detail is top notch .

I am very impressed with the designs and delivery time , his customer service is impeccable and didn’t end after getting the job .

Thank you Mr Bolu and please continue to be a professional .

Good response sir....I gave my roofing to a good carpenter and he did a good job..After commending him, he came back to say "oga give me the tiling, give me pop. he started bidding for window, plumbing, door etc".. i say chairman, your work ends in roofing, oya get out of here.
You just have to be careful with this artisan/engr, dont let them lure you with cheap quotation. God will touch rotechh's heart..
"O tin di gbogbo igba".

I agree, and most of us in the diaspora rely on forums like this because we feel like it’s practiced in the academic world where peer reviewed articles/ journals are regarded as more reliable and reputable in that field ,the forum one would think would have helped sieve out the quacks, fraud etc .
I have learnt the hard way that forums like this actually do little or nothing to guarantee professionalism as the worker would always want to cut corners and telling lies has become a justifiable instrument of their trade . Just do your review in person before hiring any worker off here and do your best to not hire any one living too far away from your building location. I will definitely come back to enumerate my experience with a supposed “professional casement windows” tech I hired for my project off this forum . It’s been 2 months now for a project that started with a 3 weeks delivery agreement and I don’t know when my windows would be completed as agreed .

Ok. Thanks for your opinion man. Always helpful
From my experience they might have flagged your sisters name after her intended university verified with UKVI. This could be caused by name similarity, as was in my case. When I was studying in the U.K. I travelled round Europe quite often, after a few months unnoticed on my return back into the country the Immigration officers asked me more questions than normal, this continued until on another day I returned from I think Brussels the officer was black and a Nigerian, so he told me each time my passport is swiped it flashes an alert because I was just denied a visa in Lagos Nigeria so how can I be here in the U.K. I was perplexed and he checked and saw my first and last name was same with the guy denied in Lagos hence the system sees me as the person just because of the similarity. This might be what's at play here, I am sure further checks will reveal just a slight system error. Stay blessed

Yes I am a critic and also a believer in fair deal. I do not like when people are being sold poo for food. All I did was ask how possible it is to work on Germany or USA with Ukrainian study visa. Rather than answer my question you went on a personal vendetta against my person, I returned the Favour and now you are crying Karma lol. Oga do the needful and stop wailing.

@pato231 of course you better keep your mouth shut than concluding matters you do not know. Maybe your ignorance has made you to forget what is called affiliation or schengen visa. Until you discover you will never recover.
You are a fraud and a big thief, so with Schengen visa students can work in other parts of Europe. You didn't even do any research before coming here to deceive prospective students. Young man I am more travelled and more enlightened than you when it comes to this matters, now you have changed it to Schengen visa right? So they can work with a Schengen visa in Germany or USA?. Channel all this bad mouth to actually getting a life and quit being a conman.

@pato231 if I were you I would just make good use of this opportunity you are wasting to ask questions in other to know what I do not know about the trend than opening your mouth so wide exposing your ignorance the more. By the way, what do you understand by "work"? I know is your type that is waiting for the government to employ you before you admit you have got a job. Of course you don't know whom you are replying to and where I am currently based. No need to tell you because you will not also believe if I do. You have chosen to be deformed in your psyche. Your type will not even recognize deceit when you see it.
I chose not to reply you further, because I see you are beyond redemption. Work is work, be it being self employed or employed, with a Ukrainian student visa you can not work in Germany or USA. Are you so dumb that you can not learn from your own mistakes? Even getting married to a girl from Ukraine and bearing kids granted you nothing from the country, Ukraine is just for study and their papers takes you nowhere in Europe talk more of USA. Even when I studied for my Masters in the U.K, the 20hrs work granted never allowed students to work in other EU countries but just U.K. I have lived and worked in countries you only see on paper and may never step foot in. Simply correct your post and take off the USA and Germany work prospect.
Education / Re: Study Abroad by pato231(m): 4:07am On Sep 18, 2016
Me being paranoic, all because i spotted your deceit. You have not even visited this countries stated students can work talk more of living there. If you have you would know how impossible it is to work in Germany or USA with a Ukrainian student visa.

Work while studying in Ukraine? Or even go to US and Germany to work? These are white lies, please stop deceiving intending students, tell them what to expect there so they go ready.

i know your types on nairaland and i desperately run from ur likes; who asked if you are a landlord? i have simply asked you to have a recourse to tenancy laws in Nigeria and make meaningful contribution, check if i am wrong and come back to let us know i am wrong, abeg we are tired of little boys here on NL, it is as if you guys do meeting because you all spew the same thrash, same cybercafe attendants coming to form landlords and big boys only on cyber, i never even quoted you in the first place because ur comment reeks of childishness, small boy oshi...
It is evident you do not know basic computer use, you have been quoting me all along. Your sense of irresponsibilty has beclouded your thinking. keep spewing thrash, i do not join issues with kids. Now is see why the redemption of Nigeria is not in sight, if we still have growing youths nay kids like you with this mindset. For the record a cyber cafe attendant earns a honest living, your type go the quick way then end up owing rent and sundry because you failed to plan according to your income from the get go. Use your brain kid.

pls i did not quote you, and from your comment you lack objectivity. you are talking from the landlord's perspective and i am talking of the real world. that is the reality and law out there. the rent owed is just 1 month and from all indication, the light bill owed is by previous tenant; he just owes 6k. please mr immature how can sum1 run away from 1 month owed rent? (where people way dey owe 1 year sef still dey kampe)? the law supports tenants in Nigeria, and before you start sentiments about the landlord , go and make your research on tenancy contract (google is ur friend)and make meaningful contribution or ask your uncles, thanks.
lol i see a kid trying to be all grown up here, i do not need to Google tenancy agreement because i have been a landlord Long before you started earning money to feed yourself( That is if you do). What is the real world? that people should not act and live responsibly?
I know your type, kid from the gutter, never do well and always wanting to be the villian. Lets be glad you are typing from the comfort and protection of your computer, i would have given you reason to consult your uncles.

As I write this, I have many tenants that are owing rent and I did not kill them but only showed understanding. Some pleaded for more time that the country is hard. More so, the guy's tenancy and renewal was only due less than a month. The place was locked up before the arrival of the guy. We should not encourage lawlessness, we have procedures and that should be followed.
I will never support lawlessness, but sometimes have to go the way of morals to set things straight and right.
Good you said your tenants pleaded with you for more time and you oblidged. I do not think he did that, also the crux of the lock up might even be the Electricity bill because she would not want the same thing that happened with the previous tenant repeat itself.

am happy with this comment, so we still have some mature people here on nairaland who know what they are saying (not some small kids rushing to comment without knowledge). in Nigeria landlady cannot kick you out without recourse to court, and quit notice (which would still give the tenant 6 months to comply). thank you sir!!!
Daddy mature,Nobody here supports his apartment being locked but lets face it he was about to run with the rent and electricity bill, this would have doubled the existing one owed by the previous tenant.
Same way tou have shops to sell wares and turn over profit, this is exactly the same way these home owners need the rent to recoup their investment. When and if you do own a property, please let your tenants live rent free but until then advise your cohort to pay up his bills and clear any outstanding.

Channel this your gra gra into acquiring a parcel of land and building at least one room on it, only then can you flex your muscle and brag about possessing super hero or extra terrestial powers to deal with your landlord after defaulting in paying rent. Shame Shame Shame

Are you a Landlord?. When you do become one if not yet one, i hope you would not mind this same scenario playing out at yoir property with you being at the receiving end. These properties are investments for crying out loud, just the way we complain when our salary dont get paid. Home owners need their money to survive.

Your calculations are wrong. Even Nollywood actors rated above him don't make N1m steady per week from movies alone. His class makes nothing anything close. You're right about fame opening doors; he isn't an A-list actor, but miracles happen every day. You're right about the house being modest - IF it's not in Lekki. A Hummer isn't modest, but again you can always buy something expensive under one of those circumstances on the cheap. Since you don't know me, we can say with certainty that your closing rants aren't based on knowledge but are a misguided attempt to score gutter points and should not be responded to with facts.
Ok Nollywood paymaster, truth is I do not even know the guy nor do I watch Nollywood movies. I am trying to correct this notion people( especially Nigerian pre teen and post teen)have now that people must be shady to make some money,a whole lot of people still make their money in a legit way.
I do not need facts to buttress my perception about your person, from experience I know those who question every bit and doubt that people still can make money legit are economically depressed and need validation.

You know this how? How much do the top-rated Nollywood actors, rated higher than Nwadike, earn? I'm not saying he didn't work hard for a Hummer; I'm saying you don't know he did.
His likes will get paid minimum of 500k-1m per movie, with the rate they shoot who know he just might get up to 2 movies a week. Also fame opens doors to a lot of opportunities. Looking at the house and car you can see it is a modest and somewhat legitimate fruit of his labour.
Rather than sit here calculating how much he gets paid, or whatever scenario you want to cook up to paint a picture of him making the money through unwholesome means. Why not strife and make your own story a success.
The bad economy has made a lot of you lazy, all you do now is sit and caste aspersion.

The likes of you make the sweat of landlords and landladies almost go in vain. You planned moving so why did you not do so before the expiration of your bill? Also you refuse paying Electricity bill, alas you complain about the previous tenant owing 25k. Won't your own bill have doubled that existing bill. This is simple, play her the rent and all bills owed. When you become a landlord, pray you don't get treated this way.
