I'm speaking from what I experienced. I don't know where you work or how much you earn. Let me tell you my experience.
My office is in Abuja. Definitely, I can't get a house close to my office in Garki. I would have to spend my 6 months salary. So what I did is to rent an apartment, in JIKWOYE, not too far. I have to pay twice my salary. That's was my best option. People even suggested an apartment that would cost 200k more than what I earn.
It's a difficult choice.

Your's is good. My rent is 4 times my monthly salary. I'm currently grappling with it, but I have been paying it for over 3yrs now. It leaves me with no savings and so much pressure to explore other streams of income.

Frankly, I don't know how these measurements things are evaluated and I wouldn't want to give a wrong report. However, I think (I would guess) it's on 2 plots. You are free to come over and inspect it for free though. There is currently no gas plant within the estate and most occupants refill their cylinders from outside the estate. Your's might just spare them the stress of buying outside if it's approved. Except you'll be flaring gas, I don't envisage any environmental hazard.

its actually 12v 30w, which makes the 10watt fan still first choice fan. Unfortunately, I broke 2 of the blades of my 10watt fan and now need another one. I was surprised to see it on jiji for 5k. the same fan I bought for only 2k5 last quarter of last yr!
