I'm a property lawyer and I have conducted due diligence im behalf of clients with regards to several estates being advertised here on Nairaland. Many of them don't have valid documents, some use C of Os to scam people, some aren't processing any Excision that they claim to process.

There's a particular estate being sold here on Nairaland where the company is fraudulently using a C of O not related to the land. Buyers aren't aware of this because they didn't get their own Surveyors to the site before paying. They're pouring millions of naira for an estate with phantom documents.

Unfortunately, the greatest scams by real estate companies are in the Ibeju-Lekki axis. They have packaging but they're hardcore fraudsters.

As for the Omoniles, some may land-grabbing, property reselling scammers who have defrauded many Nigerians, but there are ways of handling them. In fact, as a lawyer, I can't buy a single grain of sand from most of these real estate companies as I'll rather buy from the omoniles.

Very soon, I'll have to open some threads here on Nairaland to expose the scams being perpetrated by these Omoniles and real estate companies selling land in Nigeria.

please house, i need info from who is using this type of battery or who have an idea (pix bellow), i want to know where to pour the distilled water, i'm thinking it should be in those 6 little holes (as shown in d pix), but i really have to b sure b4 doing it.

Thanks for the thorough analysis sir. Since the battery is 40AH and going with your calculation, I need 100w panel, what if I add another 80w to the 80w I am currently using?

Finally I was able to setup my own small inverter with less than 50k. Here is the summary
1. LifePo4 black battery N10,000
2. 500w car inverter N7000
3. Pmw 20A solar controller N4000
4. 80w poly solar panel N17500
5. Cable for connection N1000
Total= N39500
I use this setup to power 20inch HP monitor, gotv, small USB fan and charge my phone. The main challenge I am facing now is the solar doesn't charge the battery fast. I have to wait till 11am when the battery current reaches 11v before I can ON the setup to watch the gotv. Gurus in the house pls how can I make it charge fast?

I bought this SHARP 32" TV BRAND NEW but I'm now very disappointed. I took this snap shots with my camera to give you a view on how it is currently displaying images. Sometimes, when I switch it off and restart it shows OK, then after a while (10-30 minutes), the madness starts and it distorts the images as shown below:

Please what's your diagnosis and how much will it cost me to fix. Thanks
