I was in support of his decision to axe Ronaldo but as a manager, when you fire one of the best workers in an organization, you had better make sure his replacement or those you choose to keep at least perform up to par or better but nothing less...

Obvious deficiencies are all you'll see when the manager's being thrown under the bus. What do you expect? Good team display with an unlucky loss? It's with this type of lackluster display you actually know what's happening.

This team has one psychological issue that no matter the players and people in charge, once they hit a bad run and things start to go a bit south, they drop their heads down and wait to see as things unfold. They're presently waiting for the manager to get sacked to see what's next. I don't even believe they necessarily hate the guy. They definitely didn't hate Ole.

So, what will you rather have us do? Bin the players or go for the easy option?

Hire and fire is what most top teams do. Bayern, Madrid and other to top teams will fire at this point...

I have held back from having a go at ETH because I was one of those who supported his appointment but game after game, the display have left me with no choice.
