I have been hammering on the fact that we need to sign not one but two midfielders (a DM and a CM)...I hope that after Baleba, we can sign another CM. Casemiro is not an option for me.

I hope it is now clear that nitrogen and his goons are all for the failure of the manager. If you call them out they'll say you're intolerant towards those with divergent opinions but we all can see that theirs is from a place of hate.

The major issue for me is Lavia staying fit throughout the season, which is almost impossible. Everyone is aware that with a fit Lavia, our chances increase greatly by over 80%. But if it’s just Caicedo and the ghost worker in that midfield, then we’re in for a long ride. I am happy the club stood with the manager against those entitled players. Sesko is our best bet at the moment. You don't expect Leipzig to go lower when Newcastle offered €90m Elsewhere, Etikite joined Liverpool for €90m, and he has similar stats to Sesko, so we can draw a line there that it's a little high. Still, it is what is obtainable at the moment.

I even mentioned here that I'd have preferred it if we used the money to sign a midfielder or two, but now that we are close to signing him, it is pointless going on about how we should have signed a midfielder instead.

You tried to start an agenda that Sesko is considering his options when Newcastle was at the other end of the bargain as if Newcastle themselves have nothing to offer...When you saw that the agenda didn't see the light of day when it was reported that he preferred United, you hopped on his transfer fee...
