Long 2 weeks ahead with Diggz and his minions... Mourinho never learns, you don't play two idiot at once, Rashford and Lingard are not Manchester United standard... |
KingTom:At some point we were on 9 odds to beat Juve...Impossible is nothing... |
The players seem to have decided to play for their manager, everybody is putting in a shift. The moment I noticed things had changed was Pogba's mad reaction when he lost Rudiger for Chelsea's opener at the Bridge...If this team plays to her potential, only Barcelona or Juventus can stop us. |
MorataFC:If we beat City today, we will win the league... |
See the team Dayo said will beat Manchester United |
Godwindanielboy:Martial will be up against Walker and Stones...Victory is a given anyway... |
A40:Boca here... It's gonna be a blast. |
diggz:Hahaha |
Elnino4ladies:You dey craze well well. |
diggz:Hahaha abeg Diggz no flood this place with YouTube videos if things go south...Na beg I dey beg... ![]() |
weedtaker:Hehehe we will do it again... |
To all you reds... I write from the exalted point of victory... Tomorrow, we are up against it, the bookies have their odds backing a City win but fear not... A month ago, many folks shared our fixture list and predicted doom, they predicted we will lose to Chelsea, draw Everton and Bournemouth and get terribly beaten over two legs vs the Old Lady of Italian football, they christened our game at City tomorrow as the 'final nail on our coffin but brothers, we went to Chelsea and had them begging for a draw, we totally dominated Everton and had them looking like a high school team, we went to Bournemouth and showed our true spirit, we came from behind to snatch the 3 points in typical United fashion, we lost at Old Trafford to Juventus and the whole world joined in celebrating our defeat and predicted that in Turin, we will be lucky to lose by a 2 goal margin but in typical United fashion, we held on and with 5 minds plus added time left to play, we came back to win in what many class as typical smash and grab... Like 99, we went to Turin with a depleted Midfield and won again against the prediction of the prophets of doom...In the final against Munich, we were expected to be terribly beaten by that Bayern team that had it all but once again, we shamed them, the baby-faced assassin, Ole Gunnar Solskjær drove a dagger through the hearts of Bayern fans world over in what is in my opinion is the most dramatic football match in the history of the beautiful game. Tomorrow, we take to the Ettihad with one thing in our minds, 3 points or nothing, like last season when we made fans of our noisy neighbors cry their hearts out by coming back from 2 goals down to destroy that plastic team, tomorrow will be no different except that we will be on the front foot for the entirety of the game...We'll be all out to kill them and trust me, with Ballistic Martial and Pogba in this team, we can comfortably beat a combined team of Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and City... Bring it on...I have earned the right to be this confident, if you beat Juventus in Turin and have Chelsea begging for a point at Stamford Bridge then you must be lily livered to harbour any iota of doubt in our chances tomorrow... Caveat: Yesterday was Friday so don't hold me responsible for this post if things go south tomorrow... I have already perfected plans to completely go offline if we get terribly beaten, use your head...

raumdeuter:I appreciate Young more for the quality delivery that had Szczęsny, Bonucci and Sandro confused... I can't wait to watch my boys running at Slowteng and Hummels at full speed...Trust Neuer to register his displeasure by throwing his fist up in the air. |
raumdeuter:Bonucci is faster than your winger, Ribery... |
raumdeuter:By Ribery and grand father Robben? It's a pity Arsenal are no where to be found, this would have been the perfect opportunity for them to sink the dagger of revenge through the heart of Bayern. We'll help them do it sha. |
raumdeuter:This advise applies to PSG and Bayern too abi? Cos this year if you guys make it past the round of 16, it will be a big achievement...I hope you guys meet us so we can send you lots packing. |
Ignore... |
Abeg make Lukaku just chill for now, against City, we need players who are comfortable on the ball... Fellaini as a sub to ruffle things up... Lingard isn't ready to start from his display yesterday, Mou should ease him in to the first team after his injury lay off. |
Drinklimcaa:So, what are you using to determine the capacity of Manchester United? |
Drinklimcaa:Not every team is Real Madrid, for una, na Fellaini go play top 9, I can't wait to see him leaving an elbow in the face of Pique and Umtiti...Barca haven't been overly impressive this season bar the Madrid game. Your team struggled against Rayo, drew away to Inter, a lesser fancied team to Juve but no, the Barbabot in you must somehow show itself. |
Herrera was great yesterday, dude looks ready to fight for his spot, against Bournemouth, he came in and re-energized our midfield, yesterday he was very good. Sanchez showed us how Lukaku affects our game negatively, his combination play with Pogba was a joy to watch... Young did well (Elamps are you smiling?) but his crosses were poor. Shaw turks in too much, he should realize he is a LB and not LCB, don't know if it's down to tactics cos it is a reoccurring decimal. Martial was good, defending and going forward, we must keep hold of him. Rashford, no words, he needs to spend time learning how to bury chances, all he had to do was chip the on rushing goalie but he went forward power. De Gea was great, he could've done nothing for the goal. One area we have issue is the DM position, Matic is too slow to recover, player kept ghosting past him to have a shot on goal, any other day and the scoreline would've read Juve 4 vs 2 Man Utd. Fellaini like someone described him up there is really a party spoiler, I can imagine how annoying it is to play against him. Mata is always brains over brawls, he executed that free kick perfectly...Sanchez wasted a similar chance in the first half. |
diggz:When the team decided it was time step it up, he didn't shy away from taking responsibility. If we keep defending deep, we'll keep losing the ball in dangerous positions and it wasn't just Pogba. You didn't see his fine combination plays going forward abi? He had an average game though. |
Scenes if we had lost yesterday, Diggz would have turned this place to YouTube... That Afolabi dude would've been here chatting utter bullish.t for days. Hanks too would've joined the party. But no Mata what they plan, they'll always fail... |
Couple of weeks ago, Raumdeuter and his band of minions predicted doom for us, guess what, we have only lost once against Juve, same team we beat today in typical United fashion...GGMU |
After the first leg, I made bold to say Juve were beatable, I and Ruudie... All we have to do now is beat Young boys and draw Valencia... PS: Tell Ronaldo to calma calma. |
I can't explain the feeling I'm feeling right now...GGMU Congrats folks, hard fought victory, we rode our luck and it paid off big time. |
raumdeuter:That's because Salah who isn't as good as Firmino when playing through the middle won't stick to his position on the pitch, RW. |
monerozi5590:Firmino is a close second, they perform that role with aplomb. |
raumdeuter:I thought you were the one that advised people to use their eyes, watch and draw logical conclusions when they hit you with stats, now you're back using the heat map of one game to support your argument... |
Raumdeuter, the system at Liverpool is different, at Pool the role of Firmino is first to bring Mane and Salah into the game by dropping deep to help with the creativity. At Chelsea, Morata is saddled with the responsibility of burying chances and that's why you find Chelsea fans complaining and Liverpool fans praising Firmino game after game. |
Salah is letting the hype get to his head, dude has completely abandoned the RW from where he did much damage last season to struggle the CF position with Firmino and Sturridge... Firmino as CF/SS is very dangerous, he has a way of bringing others into play. |
