I want us to judge him based on Man Utd standards. Apart from Moyes I have always been ready to give a new manager the 1st season as bedding in time but once it gets to 2nd or 3rd season, you have to start delivering.

Mourinho had excuse of poor transfer support in his 3rd season and Ole had the excuse of shortened preseasons and still finished 3rd and 2nd in the league.

If Slot and Maresca start struggling now and take 2-3 years to settle will you accept if ETH fans use that as an excuse to keep giving him more time?

ETH should be judged based on the standards expected of a Manchester United manager.

He said it is a new season as if to say it is too early to be worried or start demanding improvements. I made reference to Maresca and Slot to let him know that it is them who should be talking the early days, seeing that they're new on the job, and not Bin Laden, who's here as manager for the 3rd season running.

Leave am to dey fool around. I will be happy to see Maresca and Chelsea struggling but no, they're doing very well. Player for player, Chelsea's team yesterday was inferior to ours. Only 3-4 players from their starting 11 yesterday will start for us but see them getting the job done...We are just a poorly coached team and the sooner the owners recognise that Bin Laden is the problem and kick him out, the better...

ETH has done enough by himself to lose his job, without comparing him to any new manager who might still turn out to be a fraud.

Nobody is drawing up comparison except that some fans here make unnecessary excuses for the failures of Bin Laden. I brought up Slot earlier and Maresca to show you can manager come in and work with what is available and deliver and if they don't, they'll get fired.

You are just impossible.

I saw your misguided post last week when Liverpool lost and shook my head because for you everything flies over your head as long as it concerns Bin Laden. Liverpool will not always win but you will seldom find yourself or anyone questioning the commitment of their players or how they approached the game.

The excuse for Bin Laden is that the club had issues beyond the coaching and playing personnel but that has been fixed and he has spent just as much as any other rival manager in his time at the club yet we go into every match day not knowing what to expect from the team. His in-game management is still very poor. You have to admit that the excuses that hold sway here are not entertained elsewhere, you either get the job done or be shown the door. Maresca is not making excuses, Chelsea are raking up vital points.

Now, do not forget that Chelsea finished a above us last season even though their fans accept last season was a disaster but because of the FA Cup win, let's act like like had a superb season last time out and keep backing Bin Laden even when there's no improvement in sight.

I bet we will struggle away at West Ham whenever we play them and you'll still be here propping up excuses after excuses for the failures of Bin Laden...I just can't wait for him to be sacked so you can follow him to FC Utretch...

Apart from Tosin, who just joined, and Sancho, the rest of the team Maresca used to destroy West Ham yesterday were players he met at the club. Bin Laden has been supported well enough, but he just doesn't know how to set up his team or train his players to play for 90 minutes. At half time yesterday, I already mentioned that Palace will come at us and rightfully so because for some reason, our players can't keep up the intensity for 90 mins.

With Bin Laden, we will keep going around in a cycle.
