When it comes to making a decision that can affect my life negatively, I have to speak up. The choice of a bad leader cannot just kill my source of living but can also cost me my life and the life of those around me who I love. Please leave those who saw a disaster coming and warned about it to complain. Today they are just as impacted (some even more) by the terrible choices people made. Hehehe. I think you were the one i was warning about Onana after that final. Watching him from afar i always knew he was erratic but couldn't identify the reason but having watched closely in the past 12 months i now know why. He does not have the foundational skills of a goalkeeper:

1) His positioning is poor.

2) His timing is way off. This is why he is often still setting his feet when the ball passes him. Also, partly responsible for his struggles coming for aerial balls.

3) He is not agile. It takes him ages to get down for shots close to his body.


4) He does not have great leaping ability, meaning he struggles with shots far from his body.

5) His hands are soft like fufu which is why it looks like he is using boxing gloves and can't get any distance on his punches.

Like Mount and Antony, there is no hope for him at this club.

Rashford actually played wey better than Garnacho yesterday. Zirkzee squandered 2 easy chances that Rashford put on a plate for him.

Having said that, Amad should have started over Garnacho. The later has just been playing rubbish.

I mean at the end of last season when they had the talks with him to decide on whether to sack him or not. They must have asked him about the major decisions taken during his tenure, and none was more egregious than that Antony deal. Everybody involved in that deal has been sacked apart from ETH.

My own concern is, if at all Rashford must start, let him lead the attack and allow Garnacho and Amad mount the wings. I am really tired of seeing Rashford in the Lineup. Nigga has lost his mojo.

If INEOS don't wanna lose track at this early stage, Saudi Window ain't close yet, sell Casemiro, Eriksen and Lindelof to them ASAP.

Something is really not clear to me, is there a clause in Rashford's contract that he must start a match as far as he is available?!

If one breaks it down, there is nothing I can say that ETH excels at.

He does not have good talent ID which means he tries to buy the wrong players.

He often selects the wrong starting line up from his squad, probably still due to poor talent ID.

His team struggles to exhibit successful patterns of play suggesting that his training methods are not adequate.

His substitutions are often puzzling, suggesting poor in game management.

He can’t identify talent, he does not train players well, he is not a great tactician.

I keep saying INEOS should have fired him after the Antony and Mount debacle. I want to see the minutes of the meeting where he explained to INEOS what he saw in Antony to warrant that transfer and the fee.

Funny thing is Rashford was mediocre(totally agree) but created 2 chances. Garnacho was absolutely useless today but no one talks about that. He literally did nothing.

Name and agenda aside, anyone that looked at the performance today and was trying to use hindsight to criticize the lineup would say Rashford and Amad on both wings should be starting.

Need to emphasize again, Rashford was awful, but Garnacho was totally anonymous. So no one should quote me emphasizing how useless Rashford was while skimming through Garnacho's performance.

Amad should be starting like 10 straight games though
