What is so difficult for you guys to wait for next season? We are not going to be relegated so you guys should chill abeg. If 4 months into the new campaign we are languishing in 15th, then you'll see that most of the people who are asking you to be calm will lead the charge for his sack...When I say most, I am number one on the list...

I am one of those who always believed the players are not the problem but that argument is shaky right now as these players (the majority, not all) have shown time without number that they can not be trusted to prosecute a full season at a level that will see us challenging for top trophies. It's time to rejig the squad and hopefully, we get it right. The signing of Dorgu (his profile and attributes) excites me and I hope we go after such players going forward.

I'll advise that you be patient, let's see how the team performs after some reinforcement and a preseason together before we start asking for the head of the young Portuguese coach...

Exactly what I am saying. I'm sure when that time comes, most of us asking for calm now will lead the charge if the team doesn't show improvements on the pitch in terms of play and results.

As for criticism of Amorim, I ask you, is this shit show what Ten Hag was sacked for? Man has 4 wins in 15 PL matches. We were 12th on the log and 5 points from top 6 when Ten Hag was sacked in November. Now we are sitting in 15th being closer to relegation than than the top half of the table. Was it ever this bad under Ten Hag?

And don't forget like most people here do on purpose, I called for the sack of Ten Hag after the FA Cup win last season cos I knew his race here was run. The sack he received in November was inevitable. Having said that, wasn't Amorim suppose to stabilise the ship and improve on whatever Ten Hag was doing? Bin Laden was supported by the majority of folks here until it was obvious we were not making any progress with him as coach/manager after he had the chance to bring in his players. The same can not be said of Amorim; he has not had the chance to bring in his own players, so I am not going to throw him under the bus yet. I am not sold on the new manager bounce that flatters to deceive so I advise we exercise patience until next season...

Negotiation of money is by management. If the coach insists on Musbau Alagbe from Kwara United and the management bids 100m for him is it the coach's fault? The same Musbau Alagbe that Man City or Liverpool will get for 25m if their coach insists on him. .

You can't place most of the blame for the culture of wasted transfer money and wasted salary increment on anybody else but the management. The evil that Woodward and his boys did in that club will take maybe 2 generations to rectify. The people who enabled him are also complicit.

I know management are responsible for negotiations but the coach too can't be excused...Antony is a case in point where Bin Laden sat and watch the club pay over the odds. I think at that point a coach can say to the management that if you have 100m, why not we get 2-3 players of lower profile though still of quality.

The management acts on the recommendation of the coach. If a coach opts for high profile players or insist on certain players with a level of certainty then, the management in order to ensure they are not accused of not backing the coach might just do his bidding.

Some of you need to calm down; we have assessed the players and come to the conclusion that most of them can't fit into the system Amorim plays, so it is only logical that we wait until the summer for him to get his players in before we start making demands of the coach and team. I am impressed with Dorgu thus far and if Amorim can get us good players for a relatively fair price, I am all for it...

It will give us more width and stretch the pitch. If you were listening to the commentator, he pointed out that our wingbacks also cut in when they receive the ball instead of running to the bye line to whip in crosses...I don't blame the WBs but rather the coach for trying to be clever...

Amorim should keep things simple. There's no need to get a proper LWB only to play him from the right, now is not the time for experimentation.
