A-town:

Dogs are loyal because they don't have a choice. Same way slaves were loyal to their masters. Wouldn't you be loyal to someone that determines whether you eat or not?
Actually they are loyal because they want to be, we once had 2 dogs, they were petted and treated equally. But while Murphy the female was obedient and loyal. Mila the male had a take no prisoners attitude. U dare not wake him when he is sleeping and dem born u well to deny him food.

NYSC / Re: Corpers How Do You Manage Your N19,000 (Alawe) Monthly by Paulaok4(f): 10:46pm On Feb 14, 2013
yeko68: I served when it was N200 per month, i could not save but managed to buy a kdk wall fan and a sharp double cassette player i paid installmentally, it was fun and memorable.
Wowww 200?! What year was that please

Nigerian Corpers are really suffering. cry Can't imagine myself earning 19,800 (a little over a hundred dollars shocked ) a month when school children here earn $10 an hour working part-time.. How can one possibly live on that? Ha! That country is in God's hands o.
Back in 2008 / 2009, we were paid 9,700, and I had to depend fully on that and also save, luckily I served in a village where things were relatively cheap, and my mum paid for my accomodation. It really helped me learn how to manage what I have.

This is a lie of the century.
The memory capacity of a 'three old brain' is not enough to contain the whole book of Qur'an.

I know of somebody, late Sheik's son,who was able to achieve it in 8 years.
Well am not Moslem, but I think its very possible, she is obviously a smart little kid, and she started very early.

ebamma: Nonsense,my mum resigned from her job to take care of my juniour sister till she was 1 year old, that's what you get when u value your job more than your baby

For most its not so much so as valuing the job as its an attempt to make a living. Naija here its takes all hands on deck to provide for your kids must times, unless your husband has a very good job. So let us not judge her, most women keep their jobs these days not because they love the job but cos *choice no de*

i am saying if the footage had shown a woman beating up a man, people like you would still find a way to blame the man - he must have caused it.

Well that is a debabte for another day, what we have here is a crazy loony attacking a baby, if you have been around little babies you would know just how delicate they are at that age. Don't make this into something it's not.

@Op....I wish point 7 would happen again, we are in a nation where so called *expatriats* are everywhere. I work in a firm where hardworking Nigerians that bring more to the table are treated vilely and paid peanuts, while the figure head *expatriate* takes all the glory.
In the last Election(which icouldn't vote cos I was on duty) I would have voted for him, yes he is radical but he has a no nosense stand on corruption which we as Nigerians desperately need. (By d way am christain from Niger Delta)

Politics / Re: What Has Uduaghan Achieved In The Past 5 Years? by Paulaok4(f): 12:40pm On Dec 30, 2012
Are we talking of the same Delta state? Transportation, education, capital development, you got to be kidding me, you mean the load of abandoned projects all over the state or the lies and unfulfilled promises. Abeg let's call a spade a spade, Uduaghan has done nada....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Austin BUGSY: Gov Emmanuel Uduaghan has
done so well in delta state that has made the state a case study for some Governors that want to key into his style.in terms of EDUCATION, TRANSPORTATION, HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT and other sectors he his number one. In sports, Amaju pin nick has done more than what a commissioner will do, when we had sports commissioner we could not win so many MEDALS in sports, but now DELta state is number 1 in sports. Abeg blackmailers leave our Delta state ooooooo

Two of my sisters used the same gown, 5 years apart, she didn't even alter a thing as they were both the same size. As for me, I prefer a simple gown and an even simplier wedding.
