It's a subscription. Maybe that's the reason Bbkelvinn: Are you trying to subscribe to something or you're trying to make a one time payment. PayPal usually asks for card details if you're trying to subscribe to something so they can easily remove the money from your bank account if there's no money in your PayPal balance at the time of renewal. |
