This is actually for GCMS notes via CBSA

- Go to Google, search ATIP
- Pick the first option from the list of results
- when the page opens, click on next
- click/mark the privacy box and click continue
- on the next page, select Canada Border Services Agency from the drop-down
- from the next drop-down, select foreign national outside of Canada
- fill out your required information in the boxes below
(Use your Nigerian address and phone number pls)
- Pick yes to the question about requesting information on your behalf if so
- pick member of the public for the category that best describes you
- Pick electronic copy for how you prefer to receive your notes/records
- click continue
- on the next page, pick privacy act on the 1st drop-down
- select English in the next drop-down
- select case files for the type of records
- fill out all necessary information below(for UCI number, use the format XX-XXXX-XXXX)
- in the comment box write a short intro and your request. Eg:
Hello/Hi
My name is SURNAME, First Second. I have applied for a study permit, my UCI is soso and my application number is soso, DOB. I would like to have the notes for my file
- then click continue
- also click continue on the next page(you don't fill anything here)
- you are taken to the final page where you review or edit your info
- check the I certify box and click continue
- you should receive a confirmation email from CBSA

So u can actually order for ur note free of charge

Apply for GCMS note. You will see the rejection breakdown. Have 10-15M in your account. As for home ties (car document, land/house, marriage certificate, kids birth cert, job employment or company docs with tax/invoice, leave/introduction letter ,community/association letter,)

I don't know either but people who have similar situations said they were able to use their mail and got code and are able to track respectively despite not using same mail during the application.

Thanks but I don't think it's possible? Have been trying to do that for over 2weeks now but I couldn't.. pls can you put us through it if it's possible? Cos I got to a point where a code was sent to the email attached to the application but I have no access to the email. . Pls help us out thanks

The applicant is single and self employed. Considering this risk, we submitted every document that we know could solidify our ground for approval. We weren't asking for updates but rather, we were raising webform to submit additional docs that we deem fit, even to this year.

My purpose majorly for being here is to get updates of timeline from various applicants, and now THE LORD HAS DONE IT🙏🙏💃💃

Above all, God is worthy of our praise🤲

To everyone that is expectant, I wish you a successful approval.

@Deronke pls how do i submit for my husband cause i think the process has changed now compared to us that got our visa last year. pls put me through.

Actually got my visa around May2023, they gave me 6 months then.

Applied again November 2nd 2023
Eligibility still under review
Passport Request February 22nd 2024.

Ps.. I gave birth to a Canadian citizen in my first visit to canada

Here's one evidence that I had to SCREENSHOT to show you that a tracker may not be updated till you receive a final decision. But once a decision had been made finally, they will update it to close.....that close is sure banker after decision

You can open a tracker to track your application but sometimes, it's not always accurate. They can issue a decision and not update the tracker a dime and sometimes, one could trace their application progressiveness. Now if the agent didn't use your email, then forget tracking at your end.

if only you had applied yourself, you can raise a webform requesting for update on your application.

Meanwhile, you have no choice other than to wait patiently till your agent tells you your decision is out.
