After activation I think you can withdraw your money back

That is the same procedure l used to open my USD account in Nairobi, went to a Forex shop that is a minute walk away from the bank and bought $100 within minutes and went to the bank to activate the account. Now transfers $$$ through it instead of the sickening rates of MoneyGram and Western Union.
