Who is stopping us from applying creativity in developing the South East, do we need permission from any other tribe before we can begin to establish and produce millions of litres of milk daily and export to other parts of the country and the West African region while the dairy industry absorbs hundreds of thousands who would have left the region in search of sustainace in other places.

Build local capacity in cultivating some crops which are brought into the region because the stereotypical thinking is that they cannot do well there.
