Did also have issues paying with my card, so l had to use my paypal. 1&1 confirmed the money in my paypal covered the charge before ir was successfully registered and collected their money 5 days later as seen in the attached.

We have a poor data collection system in Nigeria. In Kenya, every birth is registered even if it is in their far flung regions, by law the minimum age of finishing secondary school is around 18 so when they are in their equivalent of S.S.3 they begin to fill form for their National ID cards and once they clock 18 they get their IDs as without the ID no university admission nor even get a job.

Before anyone is buried the government is informed even if the person died at home in the village, failure to do so means arrest and prosecution of those that buried the corpse. On government officials confirming the death, the National ID is returned back to the government.

That mill is where most of d farmers gather to process their produce,as per milling,de-stoning,bagging and sometimes storage.
They mostly do d parboiling at home though some do that in that same rice mill.
So it follows that d prices will be cheapest there,though there are other smaller clusters of rice mills all over d state,but I assume it will be cheapest in that rice mill and U also have d advantage of having a wide variety to chose from

I know the cycle of rice enterprise right from the fields as l was involved in FG's programs on rice expansion in Anambra State during Peter Obi's tenure. It is when it can be bought in markets across the State for N8,000 can the statement be true as everyone can not buy directly from that rice mill.

By the way, what do they do with the heaps of rice husks generated during dehulling?
