OXYGEN01:The same size with the one sold for N300? |
Let us the Ghana's cedi which states 1 Cedi = 50 Naira. If the loaf of bread l buy for N300 in Lagos sells for 6 Cedis in Accra, does the Cedis have more value than the Naira? |
Which ambulance? |
Time will tell! |
aquadude15:Re-upload the pictures on your first post. |

MONITZ:Yes the people of the Luo tribe of Kenya bear those names alongside Okere, Ejimba |
tinkinjow:Na Nigeria we dey! |
hahn:Then experiment with it. |
AreaFada2:Wanjiku is even a girl's name from the kikuyu tribe which is just one of about 42 tribes in Kenya, while Okoro, Ngige, Amadi, Opara is common among the luo tribe. If we begin to locally produce the greenhouse cover, the cost of setting up greenhouses will crash. |
AreaFada2:Marriage institution in Kenya is so different from ours, dem no dey carry am for head as we do. It is rare to hear a married woman being addressed as Mrs. you call her by her first name so you will not know who is married or not. I saw an Obituary where the deceased name was named as Ms. Anne Wanjiru and survived by her husband Dennis Otieno! Dem no dey even bother to change to husband's name and it is not an issue! ![]() Many nairalanders have picked up sack farming though mainly focused on cucumber, soon we will get Nigerians who are growing cabbage, strawberries etc in sacks, so we are moving forward. |
AreaFada2:The sex stories from Kenya being brought to the frontpage is like a Kenyan website where it users only google for Nigeria's stories focused only on kidnapping and drug trafficking , so the visitors to the website will continually be fed with only the stories that gives the impression that Nigeria is a den of kidnappers and drug traffickers, that is how media influence perception. I will say Kenya is more open when it comes to reporting stories on sex while we are conservative, na regular thing to see on TV where a Pastor or married man being busted at his hideout with their mistresses. Even a married man who knows his wife is playing away match will trace his wife in company of a camera crew to record the busting of his wife and lover! Dem no send o but us the man will even feel embarrassed that his wife is playing away match as people will use that to mock him. ![]() |
todayboy:A stereotyped mindset. |
Should this not be applicable to both male and female? |
Very dumb of him. How much will he now spend on getting a lawyer to defend him court! |
"Ehinziyore explained that the announcement had been repeatedly made in Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa languages to the effect that hanging on a moving train was risky. He said the corporation could not be held responsible for whatever happens to illegal passengers who choose to hang on the train".............reminds me of the sight of those hanging on a moving train at Ikeja along! |
Mykellio:I did not even validate the 7.5 tons yield per hectare rather asked if the 150 bags projected is paddy or milled. I know going by the practice on ground even hitting 3.5tons/h is even seen as bountiful. In a project l was involved in some years back we did hit 4.1ton/h because we used the improved # Nerica variety and used a hand mechanized harvester as against using sickles where the labourers intentionally skip stalks, also using a mechanized thresher escaping the loss associated with threshing with sticks. |
"The money was the benefits of deceased staff of the defunct Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN)".....While the families of those deceased staff of PHCN were denied what they are entitled to! |
peacemaker128:Why not share how to go about it. |
Flashh:By teaching her how to wash bitterleaf! ![]() |
They rob, spend the proceeds on flashy lifestyle then go back to rob again......end of the road for this one! |
Every crime comitted is now tied to recession! ![]() There are folks in the rural areas there own is to loaf around while others are working in their farms but na dem go harvest your crop before you know it! Can't forget how some lazy youths in the village went to my farm at night with motorbikes to steal my bags of freshly threshed rice! ![]() |
The one on the left in the second picture looks more like a spare part trader than a footballer! ![]() |
May His name be praised. |
"The demotion follows the conviction of the Major General who was accused of unlawfully admitting students for clinical training without due clearance from the army headquarters.Major General Falola is said to have admitted international students from Espan Formation University, Cotonou in Benin Republic between July and September, 2016"..........Admitted international students? This na personal runs utilizing the facilities of a National institution. |
Due diligence before paying for any space is very important. |
Impressive na to scale up remain. It is just that many of us don't want to bother ourselves with experimenting with such so we stick to "it is only in the north". Awaiting someone to show us his/her cabbage harvest. |
