TrainingCEOs:It is so sad but there are so much that needs kick starting that will absorbs so many unengaged hands. |

They ought to be closed whenever Nigeria is observing a Public Holiday. |
aresa:Eyah! A reflection of your limited knowledge! Even their sense of conservation is earning them billions annually as against us that see every animal as pepper soup candidate. ![]() Google kenya beach resort and see that their coastline has many international beach resorts such as in Diani, Malindi, Lamu etc overlooking the blue Indian ocean where many Nigerian newly weds do go for their honeymoon! ![]()

Did they use "Nokia 3310" to snap the picture? |
May the Lord bring them to safety. |
Don't we have bitumen deposit in Ondo State? |
mmsen:It did not start with the present administration, check links http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2013-08-16/military-crackdown-worsens-pollution-in-nigeria-s-oil-region http://www.reuters.com/article/us-nigeria-oil-theft-idUSBRE90E0D020130115 but it does not mean it should continue as there are better ways of addressing this issue because they burn down their local refineries, they set it up again somewhere else. |
What is the quality of the fuel being refined there? If their refined product is not causing damage on the machinery it is being used on then their creativity should be harnessed rather than just burning them down! |
Love her acting especially her role in Ikere alongside Kunle Afod where she played a very possessive and insecure wife and at the end of the day her husband still go himself a baby mama and she was outsmarted into having the naming ceremony of the baby her husband had outside their marriage being held in their home as she was busy playing big auntie not knowing the baby is her step son! ![]() |
hahn:Yes it is more of orientation and the mental block that nourishes the mind that some things are not possible. Years back when l was working in Anambra State, l was trying to convince some local folks that they can also grow cucumber, cabbage, lettuce rather than their traders in those veggies going to Plateau State to get them but their fixed conviction that it only cassava, yam and cocoyam, breadfruit etc is what do well in their locale made them laugh me off. For Ogun State being a neighbour to Lagos naturally makes it an extension of Lagos in terms of real estate but it has an enviable position through thought out planning of being a food source to the big Lagos market. If they go into dairy farming and producing up to a million litre of milk daily it will not even meet demand! If Strawberries are doing well in places similar to the hot and dry Sokoto state then it is very possible in Ogun State. |
opeyemiieblog:He is a married man. |

Kizyte:When it ripens do open up a new thread and create a timeline showing pictures from the beginning, pictures of the packs of the tomato seeds, when it was in the nursery, the land prepared, transplanting, trellis etc to the point of a healthy harvest. Do provide dates so we can know how long it took from seeds to healthy ripe tomatoes. We need to have it on the Front page to motivate many. |
Fashola is not in touch with reality, Nigerians will continue to contribute money for replacement and repairs of transformers or no light for you! ![]() |
craziebone:You said l cherry picked! ![]() Ok let us go.....I bought a kilo of rice in 2013 for 90ksh and l bought the same quantity few days ago for 95ksh. I know how much my folks back home are now buying rice. The cabbage l used to buy way back in 2013 for N300 at Ojota market(which is not far from Mile 12 market where most of farm produce from the North end up in Lagos) is what l presently buy for 40ksh in open markets here in Nairobi. With the increase of price of petrol between then and now, l doubt if l can still get that size for N300 because Nigerian businesses are good at linking their prices to increase in fuel price. Going by the present exchange rate, Kenyans are paying about N360 per litre for petrol but the irony is that bus fares are cheaper in Kenya than in Nigeria not to talk of domestic flights as one can do 45mins for $30 while a 60mins flight cost $40 which is like from Lagos to Enugu but the cheapest booking l got from Arik Airline for that route on Wednesday was N26,745! We have been paying the same rent for the past 4 years (rents are paid monthly) and last year the Kenya Power cut down the tariffs to give users especially low consumers of electricity lower power bills. We both know what is on board in Nigeria! ![]() Shebi on the Front page, Fashola is saying Nigerians are not supposed to be paying for transformers and other stuffs related to power supply, lf l had posted that we have been made to contribute money for a new transformer for my neighbourhood some years back, you will argue that am lying! |
"Adebutu had, in his petition dated August 22, alleged among others that Kashamu, who belonged to an opposing faction of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ogun State, led some 50 thugs to attack him and almost killed him a night before the botched national convention of the PDP in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State. Kashamu, in his counter-petition dated August 26, denied Adebutu’s allegation, accusing him of being encouraged to smear his image by some chieftains of the PDP in the South-West"............A case of 2 politicians from the same party, |
oxsam88:Skrill is easier to deal with. ![]() |
It is not as if l will be buying one, abeg make l go sleep! |
Second tenon indeed! ![]() |
Sadly, it is harder to fulfil dreams in Nigeria. |
KoldKash:You are so right. Many see financial buoyancy as the only indicator for being ready for marriage. Women abound but a man must search for a wife with a discerning mind. It is a simple fact that women outlive men but why shorten the life more by burdening one's self with a wrong choice. |
HMZi:It is all good my brother. It is just like here in Nairobi, l have come to a realization that Kenyan women don't "carry" their husbands on their head. If you are relating with a Nigerian married woman, in her discussions she is likely to be mentioning her husband but the Kenyan women I know, some even for years though may tell you about their kids but they don't bring up their husbands in the talk so l don't even get to know whether they are married, divorced or widowed and it is rude to ask them such unless she voluntarily give you the info, worsened by the fact one has to address them by the first name with no formality of Mrs. |
KoldKash:But many men assume wrongly that once you are financially comfortable getting a wife is easier, only to realise their folly afterwards because a wife is not just any woman! |
A good development. |
HMZi:That is why in one of my earlier posts, l noted that every couple have their unique way of dealing with this issue of submission in their marriage. There is what Mr. A can not tolerate from his wife which would be what Mr. B likes in his wife. There are men who raise hell when their wives take money from their wallets without first informing them even for things that is known to be needed in the home while there are also men who will laugh over it and even make jokes out of it. We are all products of different formations and perspective varies. |
HMZi:Fortunately, she is presently engaged to someone who cares less about what she earns from her stores rather he gives her ideas on how to expand as he can't be a top executive in a Dubai property marketing firm and still be interested in a woman kneeling down before him to hand him her income! ![]() Everyone has the calibre of people they get attracted to. For guys who need women to knee down before them and hand over their pay packet, May the Lord grant them the grace to find such women.........but certainly not from my family! ![]() |
craziebone:Make l laugh small! ![]() I bought 400gm of bread for 50ksh in 2013, in 2016 l still buy 400gms for 50ksh abeg direct me where l can buy fresh milk from a milk dispensing machine in Lagos from the billions of litres of milk Nigeria is currently producing! ![]() |
Using earpiece while on the road is very risky! |
gasgenius:She does not have to be my sister, shebi we wan make person marry so anyone can do. |
