Many Governors will fight it because Local government funds is for them to do as they wish with it!

Nigerians should be engaged in this national conversation and asked what they have benefited from their local government councils with the present arrangement where the councils are dependent on the mood of their Governors.

It is not a new technology, A guy in Karen by the name Dominic is the boss when it comes to biogas generation. The biogas generated from the big digester in his work yard powers his company's welding job. He was recently featured on NTVWild.

Focus on increasing production not substitution, abi no be the same 3 months the 2 crops will take to be ready for harvest!

Please which year did Lagos State Ministry of Education began issuing JSSCE Certificate as l know those who wrote the examination back then in the 90's and known as Junior WAEC were not issued certificates for the examination.
