Yea, that's right.
I wish you you goodluck in your hustle. I will be checking ur blog in a bit. I can see that in your signature.
Are you into any agro business now?
I love agriculture but unfortunately I am not on ground to be as experimental as I would have loved to.
I am not personally into any but work with organizations that work with several aspects of Agriculture, so l get to work with an extensive directory of agro ventures. Working on getting some young Kenyan farmers to grow Egusi. Kenyans don't know what Ugu is but because they are good in exporting horticultural products some have keyed into growing ugu, which its seeds were procured from Nigeria and export to Europe alongside spices.

Spice business is a very huge one, this article should motivate you.

Oh wow!
Yes Indians and Pakistanis are master of spices especially garlic and ginger.
How is Kenya? Do you like reside there?
That's strange. Nigerians are all over the globe. Wetin carry you go Kenya?
Just curious
Kenya happens to be the regional hub for many Multinationals/NGOs/Foundations and that attracts many nationals. Outside the numbers of Nigerians working in these organizations there are whole lot into business. I will always prefer Nairobi to Lagos where l grew up as it provides so much ease for me it terms of travelling and my love for agriculture.

PoliticsRe: Aregbesola To Create 31 Local Councils More In Osun by Pavore9: 10:06am On Mar 09, 2016
It is not about service delivery but creating offices for his loyalists. How much is Osun state internally generating as revenue that it wants to expand the cost of governance? huh The state is battling with workers salaries, he still want to expand the workforce not minding he is now saying there won't be any recruitment! angry

Personally, l am convinced that this is wrong way to empower the people, The state is agrarian, what has he done to empower his people on modern techniques in Agriculture?

I am based in Nairobi and must confess Kenyan businesses are good in packaging spices. I was shocked to see uziza seeds packaged in 50g packs for an equivalent of N160. Indian-Kenyans own most of the spice businesses as Indians themselves are spiced-meals loving people.

They should also look into building biogas systems in communities, the people provide farm wastes to feed the digesters, they in return get biogas in gas bags at a very low cost that will take care of their cooking, eliminate dependence on firewood.

The responsible agency(ies) will give you a go a head when you go for verification prior to land purchase and it's the same agency that will roll out their bulldozers for demolition. Are you following?
It is high when anyone who gets a documented go ahead from relevant agency to use it as basis for suing the government for compensation and when it becomes a norm, the government will look into using the entitlements accruing to the erring civil servants to pay compensations, When a civil servant knows his/her gratuity will be used to offset compensations, they will keep off from scams!

While the man pursues his dreams, he should consider the need for his family to have a sense of permanency. The kids will see no reason to make friends within the neighbourhood and in school because of the thought of always being on the move.
