What People And My Collegues Told Me Was That We Could Not Meet The Demands Of People, And That If We Brought 5 Trailers Of Plantain To The Market, We Would Sell All That Same Day...It Appeared They Exaggerated Everything.

You need to create a market outside Ketu. To delay the ripening of plantain do an experiment with waxing a bunch of plantain with a thin film of shea butter. l know that is what a Congolese firm that packages freshly harvested plantains in cartons and have it exported do to extend the shelf life.
