You're right. earlier l taught a Kenyan friend how to fry Plantain which she is seeing & tasting for d first in her life - she went gaga when she tasted it alongside d jollof rice. She said l am really fasting eating their food as ours is far ahead!

Just as is odd that kenyan don't know what Plantain is despite the fact that banana is everywhere here and far cheaper than in Nigeria. When l was new here,l mistakenly bought a variety of banana thinkin it was Plantain! Bigger than d ones back home!
