lf it is true, we thank the Lord! |
l thought you said it is kogi state or am l mistaken? |
l do wonder how myopic some state-owned radio stations are.Their programming is mostly focused on propanga as against development. U see a state-owned radio in an agricultural state with poor information dissemination on development in agriculture! |
ITbomb: And who will pay the bills.lt is already in the calculation. l am understudying community radio management in Kenya, l know what is adaptable in Nigeria. |
l hope to set up a radio station in the future wit focus on community development emphasising on agriculture, green energy and resources. |
Hian, Oga Seun that your dog has a caring master in you o. l can imagine your dog is not an eke uke (local breed) whey no need to stress yourself. I hope you get what you need from our poultry farmers here. |
scarr: me I no dey gree for dem oh, I dey price die. Dem sabi me for gbagi marketThat is the spirit, bro! |
Just wish kenya has plantain! Every where u turn is banana, so common like pure water! A Nigerian sells a finger of the Plantain she brings in from Lagos for N300! Glad l met a Nigerian today who gave me d contact of a lady who imports from Uganda! |
....the hustle to control Lagos money! |
l believe everyone in the story have learnt their lessons, all that glitters is not necessarily good. |
E tire me! Recall an incident in 2009, a corper took a night bus from the East to Lagos to come beat up his father, the father had been stealing from the mum to play pool & drink ogogoro after d mum hustled under the sun d whole day selling fruits. |
OliverPin: I will agree for the moneylf she faints na for Police headquarters Abuja u go faint! |
What if it is Dangote's daughter doing the proposing?....Waiting for response.... |
Badb0y4lyf: egusi and vegetable which is m0re expensive in nairobikenya don't know what Egusi is, Nigerians imports & sell it 2 other Nigerians. Kenyans grow ewedu, shoko, okra, green but don't ask me how they prepare them! |
@greggng, l share ur view. Most guys when it comes to market women don't know how 2 bargain or feel shame doing so bt if u tear eye for them they will respect u. When those market women see a man, na maga dem dey see! Forget pride & haggle with dem! |
Be creative 2 eat well @ a bargain. l have an igbo woman l buy soup condiments frm in lagos l call her from kenya 2 help me buy egusi, ogbono, uziza, achi, crayfish, dried cocoyam @ oyingbo market @ cheaper price. she grounds all, my brother sends it |
@360command, as per job, not easy for foreigners except for exceptional skills. Most Nigerians here are into business as Nigerians (lgbos) control d hair extension/attachment biz here as they import weekly frm Lagos to Nairobi alongside spare parts. |
EmmaB3: abeg yarn us tory. which experience u get abeg?Bros, tory this early morning...u no dey go work? l dey come....l get house rent to pay tomorrow! |
so sad....what was the incentive? lf the males were promised 72 virgins in paradise, maybe she was promised 72 husbands! |
l only help those relatives who deserves help not those who feel they are entitled to it just because we are family. Experience has made me operate with this mindset. |
lt a blanket assumption to think so. Even in Lagos u can buy rich vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, cucumber etc @ a cheaper price at Mile 12 market. When u prepare & present them nicely, one will get the impression that it costs an arm & a leg! |
happybrother: I assume he has the know-how.He certainly does! l am just crazy over one of his variety of Avocado called Golden Avocado, most farmers plant this for the export market in Europe. So are u selling ur mangoes? |
BedLam: Coke and bottle water, which is cheaper in Nairobi?it depends on the brand of bottled water just like we have in Nigeria which has brands of bottled water & we have lots of them cheaper than Eva, so same qualifies here. |
location is also a key factor. l live in nairobi where wheat and white bread go for the same price. l buy a 400g of wheatbread for N80 it is same price with the white bread. Back in Lagos as @ 2012, l used to buy wheatbread of d same weight @ N150! |
but that is what he does. he has a very huge nursery in a greenhouse that has seedlings ranging from avocado, strawberry, giant & sweet passion fruit, tangerine, custard apple (farmers attest it produces bigger fruits than the south african variety) |
happybrother: pix refuse to loadl asked u abt seedless orange then. l got a guy here (kenya) who is a "wizard" in grafting he said one shud cut a bud where it appears then insert on d bark of a lemon tree 2 get seedless orange! |
boluwajokosegun: @ Povare9, am working with the student & i have also seen one closer by with improvised materials, the ugu seed goes for N25 per seed if you are buying up to 5,000 pcsAnd he wants it @ N3? Wishing him goodluck. |
hisblud: baba osun thingsDem go dey harras person for radio and television....make dem bring their àgbó out..this is their opportunity to achieve international recognition! |
Shebi we get traditional/herbal medicine doctors....oya make una come out come prove unaself! |
boluwajokosegun: Thanks i have good understanding of how to do it & i will do it in the green house project soonl wish l go follow u chop your harvest! so did the student help u out with the greenhouse materials? |
