It is an Offshore Oil Production &Storage Facility that stores stabilised oil that is free from gases for other oil tanker to load from for shipment (export).
From the pix, it is very complex in structure &requires expertise to handle every aspect of it.
Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum&Subsea,Marine engineers etc are mainly needed to operate it.

so is just to store it...export crude...nothing like producing fuel?

Jonathan increased fuel price from 87-97 and the #10 he saved per liter her introduced sure-p....now this government totally (so they said) removed the subsidy and is like the suffering increased...was the subsidy removal not meant to save money?...how on hell is the account red or rada wia is the money saved from removal of subsidy....

Trump lost the popular vote which means most Americans did not vote for Trump. It is the ELECTORAL COLLEGE that voted Trump in. Even if you win the popular vote but not the vote of the ELECTORAL COLLEGE, you don't become president of America.
