Exactly my personal experience! And realizing that, I didn't stay married to my Nigerian ex for years, few months and he went back to Nigeria claiming it's all my fault and I disrespect him telling in his face no other women in my house, in my life and he should go back to his kids and women whom he was hiding from me.
Dear Japanese lady, check his phone and his chats, I didn't check but he left his chats open in our bed and beeping was bothering me and I did see sex chats and traditional wedding planning with a Nigerian woman and so much cheat. Check his phone and his chats or if he claims to be genuine to you, ask him to open his phone for you and check chats and texting. When I did see, I got the other women names and talked to them in Facebook, some were very honest and told me how he lies to them too.
Thank you so much sharing your experience.
I'm really appreciate you.
I'm very sorry for your experience with Nigerian husband.
I always wonder that why someone still wanna play with women or men but get marriage huh
Kind of person should be stay single and just having fun with their single life. So no one complain them. They shouldn't make hurt for someone and waste someone's time.
Cheating is every where.

I will talk about chat with him. Maybe he will not tell me. But I can talk with him about that. If he has a another wife, I really like to know what kind of woman he married with and wanna see their kids if he has. I'm not like before. I had learn many many things. So no more too much sad and hurt smiley

Dai Jo bu?

Your typical Japanese reactions of politeness and refusal to offend this husband of yours makes you an excellent Target for him to practice his manipulation skills.

If you said he is Igbo, then he is from the place Nigerians call the east.

From all your posts the man is definitely married or having a relationship with a Nigerian women while all you do is pine after him all day. He probably has up to five children while you are waiting to understand his behaviors. I have seen a Nigerian man in America do that. He's enjoying his life while you're feeling sorry for him. You should feel that way for yourself if you think he's not doing anything with another woman when he's in Nigeria. He is always offended/angry because he is looking for a way to get rid of you, probably.

Nigerians are cheats, both their men and women. They only want to be with foreigners for their money. If you don't spend on them they will not like you. And they always run back to Nigeria to have relationships with other people because the only people who can satisfy them are their selves, so that they can cheat each other and nobody is offended.
Wow cheesy Thank you so much!!!
Daijobu desu. Arigato gozaimasu!!

My reply made feel bad and angry for one person who wanted give me advice in here. I never meant make him angry. But I did it. That is so bad. I'm really so sorry for him.

About my husband, He is not so easy to get angry with me. But He is very stubborn. Sometimes he don't wanna hear me and can't get my point what I want him to understand. When I married with him, difficult to told him what I don't like or I don't want him to do something. I was tried to stand it. But when I couldn't to stand it again, I told him with my anger. Now I know that was bad. So one day he told me that I don't need to stand it. If I don't like or I don't want, just tell him straightforward. He said he can't understand why I tried to stand it and just making stress myself. Then I started tell him little by little. Now I can tell him what I don't like about him grin I'm not always feel sorry for him. But when I make mistake and make him feel bad, I'm feel really sorry for him and I can tell him sorry.

Typical Japanese is making him feel bad?
I was really bad wife. Maybe wicked wife. I think he tried and still trying to be with me. That's why I can't say he is a bad person. Maybe sometimes he treat me bad. But I also sometimes treat him bad. When I realized my bad, I said sorry. But if I don't think I'm not bad, I can't say sorry. That he taught me.

If he married with me because of money, that is big his mistake. Because I'm not rich. If he married with me because of Visa, that is successful. But if his plan is married with Nigerian woman then dump me, that is still not success cheesy
If he wanna cheat on me or already cheating on me, he should not bring that matter for our marriage. He should not make me doubt him till I die. If someone married with him after me and know about he already married with me, I'm really despise her and my husband. But if that is their culture, I can understand. I don't like. But I can try to understand. Maybe something I can't understand. But I can't understand doesn't mean I can blame or insult their culture. I have to have respect for other cultures.
Anyway, Thank you so much advice me. I'm really appreciate you.

I'm really Daijobu desu! Arigato gozaimasu!!!!

OK my next question might sound personal

2. you once mentioned you're in your late 30's.
in your own view how can you explain life in Japan as a Japanese
Yes. I'm 39years old. Will be 40.
I love my country. I'm proud my country.
I think every countries have strong points and weak points. Japan also have it.
Some peoples say old days were good. But some peoples say this days is good.

Maybe living in Japan is not easy. But convenient. I mean about cost. But that is every where same.
We have 4 good seasons, have good places, But also have many disaster. We learn how to save ourselves in school. Not everytime fearing disaster.

I think manners and moral is very important for Japanese. Many peoples judged other person from manners and moral before know that person's humanity.
Japanese are difficult to talk true feeling. We are hiding true feelings.
We are difficult to say Yes or No straightforward. We don't wanna make bad feeling for other person. We don't wanna disturb or bother for other person.
Of course not everybody. Some peoples can say anything whatever they wanna say.

If that is sexual meaning, I really didn't want peoples think about I married with him because of his private parts at that time.
Maybe that word is joke? If Japanese woman married with Nigerian man, peoples think about because of sex like some Japanese guys?

error4040:
Can you explain why ?
Kind of Japanese guys worry about sexuality. Many peoples think Black guys have big one. So that means girl or woman who had relationship with Black guy before, They think that girl or woman's private parts is wide or loose. Some of them think they can't satisfy them. So they don't want kind of woman. But not everybody like that smiley

I am not interested in these hidden leave people they are just boring copies of the original anime Naruto. What I really care about are the other characters the hidden sand. Yodo for instance should be given more screen time she is the only girl that makes sense her powers are cool and it is unfair she lost to that shadow guy and her brothers the mysterious Araye yet again lost unfairly to that girl I mean what and Shinki they did not even give him a worthy challenger.

Some peoples don't like foreigner. Skin color is doesn't matter for them. They just don't like foreigner. But some peoples are always welcome for foreigner. They don't care about skin color.
Some peoples are afraid about Black peoples. Some peoples are admire Black peoples etc,

I did see many men living with bad abusive women and not appreciating the good ones.

and no, it's not about you, you are a very nice lady and it's sad your Nigerian husband apparently doesn't value you, even he doesn't take you to the hospital when you need it.
I'm sorry. I mean your reply is not to me. But I replied to you. So I think I'm disturbing you. That's why I said that. I'm so sorry If I made you feeling bad. My English skill is very bad. I really can't explain well. I'm sorry.

About my husband, I think He doesn't think my physical condision was bad. He knew it, But He thought not too serious. I think because of I got disease before. He saw it. That's why maybe if I tell him I'm sickness, He don't think serious sick. Because I could still go to work, could house chores, whatever I could move. But for me, I was really not feeling fine and doctor told me to come. I really wanted to go to hospital. But I had no money to go. I couldn't ask him to give me money for go to hospital. I just told him I wanna go to hospital but I have no money. I should ask him to help me. When I joined here and wrote about that, He was in Nigeria. I was feeling like little bit wonder. He knows I have sick, he always just said go to hospital to me, but many times I told him I have no money, He could buy air ticket and left me. Even one his friend went to Nigeria when his wife was sick before. So I thought maybe common in Nigeria. But I wanted to know and wanted make sure that is nothing strange.
If I had money for go to hospital or I could tell him I need help from him, I was not wonder or not problem. But maybe I wanted him to stay with me. Not his fault.
When my sickness got worse and lost my main work, I was feeling like little bit wanted blame him. But I didn't. My sickness is not his fault and I was lucky I had money for went to hospital. Just lost main work. I'm still working on second work. I still can't work like before. But I'm still trying to making small money smiley

You are a very sweet lady and and everybody, including me, wouldn't like to see you cheated and abandoned. Your husband always coming back when he is in Japan, probably because you are a very supportive person and he doesn't need to be permanently on charge of all bills, he is comfortable coming back to a nice place and your nice heart. You are asking many questions here and I see you have many doubts, your heart knows something is wrong and you know it for years. And now, after so many years, it is up to you if you insist in knowing the truth and end your marriage or you wait and wait until you get older and wasted more years, then abandoned by him. It's very possible he will never tell you the truth about his wife and kids in Nigeria, probably because he was married before marrying you and if he tells the truth, his immigration status in Japan could be compromised because he lied marrying you. Or just he knows, being a bigamist it's a crime in Japan and he will have problems if he admits it.
Thank you for advice me.
I was always wanted to know many things about Nigeria. We have different cultures and language. That's why I didn't think my marriage is strange for long time. Everybody are different. Marriage style is also different. Maybe that my thinking is also made me believe my marriage is nothing strange to me. Many his friends also go to Nigeria every year without wife. So nothing strange to me before. But When I joined here, I was little bit doubt him and started think about maybe something strange in my marriage. I thought I needed to know more about his cultures and himself. Misunderstanding and doubt partner is not good. That's why I asked many things about Nigeria. I wanted and still want hear from real Nigerian person. Only reading Internet and hear from my husband is not enough for me. Many peoples helped me and still helping me a lot like you. I'm really appreciate.
My husband is a good person. If he will abandoned me, Not only his fault. Also my fault. I can't only blame him. I decided to marry with him and stay with him. I chose it. I think When peoples have bad things, blame someone is very comfortable for them. Thinking like someone's fault, not their fault is comfortable for their heart and can heal their heart. I can understand. But I can't do that. My fault is my fault. Nobody's fault. I will face my problem. I can't shift my problem for someone.
About bigamy, Yes! That is crime in Japan. One husband and One wife. When foreigner will marry with Japanese, need certificate.

Thank you so much for caring me. I'm really appreciate you.

He will always miss that special qualities about you and would keep wanting you for himself and never letting you go. all the best of luck in your marriage. note; this next msg is not for you please.

Thank you for advice me.
In fact, I think I was very bad wife. I don't enven know if I'm a good wife or bad wife now. Somethings can't do my best for him like before. But somethings still can do my best for him. I was always doubt him when my feeling was he don't love me. I think trusting each other is very Important. But many times I doubt him. I think I had too much jealousy and I was always anxiety. I didn't have confident about he loves me. But I was always wanted be his special woman. If We have same feelings for each other, I think distance is doesn't matter. But I had no confident about his love. That's why I was always anxiety when he go to Nigeria. I don't even have confident myself. Nigerian women are very beautiful and sexy. Anytime when I see Nigerian women's pictures on internet, I'm always wonder why he married with me instead of marry with beautiful lady. Black women are very beautiful and sexy. How I wish I could have that beauty. I know I can't get it. But I can't stop take care of myself like skin care, hair care, do exercise etc. Because I wanna be a woman forever. I'm not rich person. I'm poor person. I can't buy expensive things. But I don't wanna forget I'm a woman. I wanted him to always think about I'm a woman. If I'm lazy about that, I can't tell him I tried to be a woman for him when he cheat on me. If He has a wife in Nigeria, I don't know why he don't wanna divorce me. He also said it to me. He said think about it if I think he is married in Nigeria, why he still with me. I'm always confusing when he told me that.

About learning, I like to know what I wanna know. I'm always having fun when I'm learning what I wanna know. But I'm not smart person. Learning something is very difficult to me. I still can't speak, write and read English well. Even now I'm using dictionary for writing and reading. When I read Nigerian News but I couldn't understand well, I'm always ask husband when I see him. I like exchange different cultures and language. If possible, I really wanna visit many countrys and meet many peoples. Learning about marriage is very very difficult. I'm still learning about relationship. I think trying to understand for each other is very Important. My important words is Thank you and Sorry. Always Thankful for anything is very important to me. Sorry is same. Very important word to me. If I made mistake, I must say Sorry from all of my heart. Not only from mouth. Also say Thank you is from all of my heart. Long time relationship or short time relationship is doesn't matter. I think that words with real feelings is very Important for relationship. Not even for only relationship with partner. For human relationship.
Anyway, Thank you so much for give me advice. I'm really appreciate you.

But don't take that as an excuse not to love your child & I believe your husband also loves his child
