PDP is doing well |
Actually, white lives matter too ![]() There is nothing wrong with that.. except for the fact that the timing maybe wrong judging by the recent happenings. However, blacks Should take more responsibility for their position in the scheme of things... ....they must assert themselves globally, not by gathering mere pity from whites, but by becoming increasingly useful in what matters......be it in science and technology, politics, business, pharmaceutical, medicine, sports, etc. Nobody ever becomes the world ruler by pity...you must fight for it. Blacks are increasingly becoming relevant. If a black nation can take over the lead in technology, the whites won't have any Choice than to recognize their arrival and uncontiously grant them their earned status. Unfortunately, right here in Nigeria we are yet to be able to democratically elect a local government councilor or better still employ a Government secondary school teacher without nepotism. Until then, we can seek pity all we want.....maybe we get it after someone gruesomely gets murdered like the case of Flyod and afterwards revert to the statuquo. For the time being let's continue with the "pity technique" as we chant BLACK LIVES MATTER! |
Kukah...one of the few fearless men of God who would tell Government to it's face, facts about their monumental incompetence....not the tithe and offering ones who only talk when tithe gathering is hampered With all the killings, there is no "man of god" that has read it in the news, all of them are encompassed in prayers and perpetualy engraved in fasting that only benefit them. They are all blind to the happenings of this failed entity called Nigeria.......what do they care? There are unseen political hands who pay and dictate to them the kind of statements they should make......ooh, I almost forgot that 2023 is about the corner and they would have to keep quite no matter how many lives are wasted .......quite a shame |
Obaseki may win or not...However, nobody can take away the fighting spirit in him. If everyone is to succumb to Godfathers as some people do, then you will remain a servant forever. The difference between giving up and fighting is that in the former you are certain that you are going down but in the later, you are certain that you would either go down or up..... You see people who always advice you to throw in the towel, stay away from them, they don't mean well for you. No one ever gave up and made the news, people that gave up always dwindle further until their light goes off completely. |
Cry cry baby ![]() |
There is no empowerment that is more than freedom Nwanne. Get freedom anyhow that works.... sometimes people even go to war to be free. Without Kanu you would imagine where Igbos may have been relegated. You won't know what is going behind the scene but I assure you that they discuss About the havoc he will orchestrate if they do anything silly. The Government of this failed country fear and respect him more than any Igbo man alive today (Believe it or not). Tell me who is more of a disaster , Buhari or Kanu....yet Yoruba people have kept singing his songs because of pure greed. At least some persons in the North protest... you can't get that in the west......so with this kind of scenario you just have to forget alliance and get what you want first. When you are free and you seek their alliance and they decline, then you move on, after all, they will be inconsequential in general formula of the world....they will need us more than we will ever need them. K' ego ruberegi isi Nnam Omoslim26: |
Please yourself Mr. Igbo man. And if I may ask, which tribe do you think are truly your friend And who ever became great by being a friend to all?.....emancipate yourself from collosal social correctness and don't be myopic. If you feel that you have a better strategy why not come out of your cocoon and let's hear you? Omoslim26: |
Sorry if you think you are older than Methuselah already. Go to my comment and check if I mentioned "principal actors"...do away with sentiments and your reasoning acumen will appreciate. There is nothing like "principal actors" my friend. If you are not the president you are a mere "actor" just as you said. Concerning history, I am not a regular person you see around who would only know his history when he or she is taught in school....there are alot of things to read free of charge on the internet and history is not excluded. isthatso: |
Sorry about that.....it's a phrase to depict in the most lucid way, how unfortunate such line of thought is to every one who wants a better society devoid of tribalism, nepotism and extreme corruption. luluman: |
Igbos never failed in politics...they see beyond their nose and desist from associating with failures..they see it right before others imagine it. I love them because irrespective of what comes out of their decision they stick to it. That's how you know a superstar, they are what they say..no sentiments. Also be reminded that Igbos were never the President, VP, Senate president or even speaker house of rep, so I don't know what you mean by this administration being the only one that Igbos are not part of. My earnest prayer everyday is that Igbos will someday be free from being attached to a failed system. We are not failures, we are Igbos isthatso: |
If being ambitious equates to being domineering so be it ...being ambitious is a great quality and every human being should posses it, otherwise such a person won't be any different from lower animals. The current political arrangement doesn't involve the Igbos and so far has been a disaster. Igbos simply believe in themselves and that's why they Excel against all odds. Mediocres always use such words as "domineering, proud, pompous..etc.." to qualify someone who is ahead of them. I have never seen an Igbo man drag with a Fulani man on his prowess in cattle rearing....so they Excel in areas that they have competitive advantage and that's in entrepreneurship and technology. isthatso: |
You asked a sensible question. Families have issues but at the end of the day we sleep in the same house, wish one another well and fight for each other. That's not the case with this contraption called Nigeria m140: |
God bless you my brother. All the time I fly across the oceans I always think of what would happen if we landed on the sea. Of course all the struggles and whatever you think you have would be long forgotten. Life first.... SLAP44: |
Emptiness is not noticed in silence.....and every fool remains a genius until they speak ![]() Okoroawusa: |
When I say all the Igbos I expect that only humans should read and understand. Sorry Okoroawusa: |
You should take pains to read comprehensively what I wrote up there. I simply said that their property are safer outside the country than anywhere within the country away from SS and SE. So you are correct by saying that they have alot of investments in Lagos but those investments are not safe....mind you, even the Government are always looking for the slightest reason to cripple businesses run by Igbos. Iamundisputed: |
Bros, every Igbo man wants to leave this country....I mean all....the only disagreement among Igbos is how best to go about it. You people keep shouting properties here and there, what is property compared to true freedom and a better chance at building a lasting and safe property? The property of Igbos have remained the first point of attack in any regional or religious conflict. They need to have properties where there would be laws to protect them. The property of an Igbo man in the USA and even UAE are more secured than any of their properties outside of South East and South South of this country. So shove that property mentality. Iamundisputed: |
People who still believe that Nigeria will work somehow with the current arrangements are less than any form of mammal in reasoning. This country never worked and will never work. Dissolution remains the best option followed by true federalism, if at all anything should be binding on the regions. Some people are afraid of being on their own, I don't know why this is so. What are they afraid of? Always attacking people who believe in themselves. Some people are not brought up to be mediocres and slaves....some were designed to take their destiny into their own hands.... The best that can happen to this country is dissolution and if it doesn't work still, then regions can renegotiate coming back to be one if they so wish. I am certain that the North, East, South and even West shall be better for it. There is no unity in this country and there will be non in the next 1million years to come. |
He has said more truths than this administration. He has his flaws, plenty flaws but even the politicians that matter listen to him alot. The "presidency" (whatever that means) sometimes reacts to what he says so "presidency" listens to him. Asides political office holders like Presidents, I think he is one of the individuals that have an enormous influence and followership. |
Igbos are Kings and Queens.......But you ?....helinues: |
I know that you are a Yoruba man but no problems .... Let me repeat.... Igbos are generally no ass lickers, we don't give up and we are not SLAVES...it's not pride,it's who they are......if you are a slave accept my deepest sympathy. Grayoso: |
Even at death a soldier reminds you that he is a soldier......he will fight anything including death. Stay away from people who prefer to give up than fight to win..... they always draw you to their horrible state. In as much as I don't support neither Oshiomole nor Obaseki, I make bold to say that serious people should persist until they succeed.....don't chicken out. Don't be a slave except if you are one |
An Igbo man naturally is not a slave. They are wired to achieve great things. Ass licking has never been in their dictionary. It's not pride, it's just who they are. |
Yeah. The speed is tremendous. He is doing quite well erico2k2: |
The place is cool, though over crowded especially during celebration periods. Wike finishes most of his projects. The flyover at Artillery and other locations within PH are nearing completion. Initially I thought it was going to be the kind of project that take years but look at where we are today. |
A "Buhari" cannot be in Aso Rock and all these things would be happening.....Buhari was a Soldier....I doubt if he is there anymore......... things became shittty since Aba Kyari died. |
Well done Gburugburu. You have done well. |
All these rant are completely irrelevant. Just as someone pointed out, didn't you see Apple and Samsung before you went to buy whatever product you are using? Besides, how are you sure that those companies are not owned by Nigerians or people from another country? You can as well manufacture your own tech gadget and go and sell in China if you are good enough in that. The innoson car in Nigeria isn't being driven by Governors in Nigeria, that doesn't mean that someone somewhere who is a governor cannot drive it simply because Nigerian governors don't drive it. So be object and jettison emotions. Ekemeze: |
You are deranged. 98% certain that you are Yoruba. Officialgarri: |
Let me say that I have been in your boss shoes before and I can quite relate. I had a similar experience. I took people who work in the production chemistry lab on a safety course ; how to manage some of the chemicals especially the solvents. After one week, one of the employees approached me that she was reacting to toulene (chemical used in water content in crude). I noticed that it was probably a combination of fear and inappropriate use of PPEs. I told her that if she can't work with solvents then she might have to be relived of her job, meanwhile, we are substituting toulene with xylene for the mean time to see how she fared. I asked the supervisor to get toulene and label it xylene which he did. I asked the young lady to come and do some work using the supposed "xylene". I ensured that she utilized appropriate PPEs. I watched her carry out the test till the end and nothing happened. I asked her to observe herself and report back to me. After several trials she came to tell me that she was fine with xylene , no reactions observed.I explained to her that she has been working with toulene the entire time and since she hasn't noticed any reaction she would have to continue. But she should report to me if she notices any further reaction. And that was the end of the story of her reacting to toulene. She never complained again. I'd use it as joke and everyone would just laugh. So Mr. Man, kindly be sure that you use the PPEs appropriately. If the reaction persists, honestly demonstrate that you would want to work if not for the reaction. Don't go and start doing strong head. Someone was talking about going to your employment letter and taking the case against your company Don't even bother because there is always this suttle clause in the letter that says "...and any other role as maybe assigned to you...."... Resolve your matter amicably sir.Judging from your account, you left the work and never updated your boss until he asked you..... you didn't employ yourself fella and no one wants to employ you and then you select what to do and what not to do. I wish you luck. It isn't easy but it's well PhenomenalAustin: |
