Job description
Role Site Engineer / Solar Engineer
Reports to Group Head: Construction
Direct Reports NA

Purpose of Role:
The Site Engineer is responsible for organising and managing sites and contractors from pre-construction period, through site build and completion, and up to commissioning and handover to an operations site manager/engineer.
Main Responsibilities:
a. Implement all electrical design aspects of company research and development projects. Oversee maintenance, testing and repair of company-owned electrical equipment.
b. Perform site visits on new project opportunities to determine the available site power, and utility/facility constraints, collect information regarding construction permits, evaluate potential site support contractors, and assist with preparation of cost estimates.
c. Assist with instrumentation and control system design. Develop and/or modify configuration programs, logic diagrams, develop specifications and/or QC subcontractor-prepared programs.
d. Implement point-point wiring diagrams and select components for company-built control panels.
e. Implement design specifications and functional requirements for solar energy systems or components and Create plans for solar energy system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities as designed for the specific site
f. Ensure that standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work are adhered to.
g. Provide support and guidance to the Head Electrical /HVAC to ensure that the organisation follows sound procurement practices based on leading industry practices and life cycle cost analysis.
h. Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures oversight to ensure that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
i. Provide strategic input to the business to ensure that the business strategy and the supporting functional strategies are well thought through, clearly articulated and regularly monitored.
j. Create a high-performance focused culture through personal leadership, teamwork and the development of individual accountability for performance.
k. Foster open and positive culture where employee input is encouraged, and differences are resolved constructively.
l. Maintain a vigilant approach to risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and raising concerns to the executive team as appropriate.
m. Ensure the maintenance of appropriate professional ethics, knowledge and standards within the team

As a tutor in a primary school in Lagos, I have had numerous encounters with parents who always insisted that their children must be placed in a class contrary to the children's performance

Purpose of Role:
This position primarily ensures that customers are satisfied. Ensure a superb customer service delivery by leading and motivating the customer service team, developing effective customer service procedures and loyalty programs, and creating customer satisfaction goals. c. Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel & Outlook) and other software relevant for the role, with ability to run analysis required for reporting
d. A good degree in any relevant course
e. A Post degree program would be an advantage.
f. Professional certifications in Customer service management also required.

Today, the Nigerian banking sector has been bastardized with the casualization of most of them, including university graduates.

If the banking sector is destroyed, the country is finished because this is the most stable industry I can think of.

They would replace them with contract staff 80k salary with no benefit
