Op, change the title of this post. The man carries a BIAFRAN passport. He is not a Nigerian. |
TonyeBarcanista:Do you have a better replacement in mind? |
bukiboy:"I belong to everybody and I belong to nobody” Simply because my submission does not align with your expectations doesn't render it invalid. Wise men speaks because they have something to say, fools speaks because they have to say something. |
Samunique:I observed some people hated Buhari before he had the chance to do anything; before he was sworn in as the president. These same people shew no hatred to the people who looted our collective wealth and laid the foundation for hardship we are going through today. |
It's almost getting too late now bros. gbegemaster: |
This is witch-hunt. |
What a wicked world.
She got no chance of getting on the track talkless of starting any race.
May God console her family and deliver us from evil. |
Caseless:You forgot to tell them that they only stopped blowing up pipelines. |
Dapada owo Baba ijebu. |
A destiny wasted. God have mercy on the parents. Amen. |
The court clerk: Are you are christian or a muslim? GEJ: I am a christian. Court Clerk: Please place your hand on the bible and state your name: GEJ: My name is Goodluck Ebele Azikwe Jonathan AKA The Hero of Democrazy. Court Clerk: Do you swear that you will speak truth and nothing but the truth, God help you? GEJ: I solemly swear that I will state the truth and nothing but the truth. EFCC lawyer: Did you know that Dasuki stole $2.2 Billion arms funds and shared it among his PDP cronies? GEJ: There was no $2.2 Billion missing. Dasuki didn't steal. How can someone steal $2.2 billion and America wont know that there money is missing? EFCC Lawyer: Are you aware that Dasuki diverted, misappropriated the $2.2 Billion earmarked for fighting insurgencies? GEJ: I am an Hero of Democracy and I don't like being cross examined. By the way how much did Dasuki stole that Buhari has kept him in prison for so long? EFCC Lawyer: Your excellency, please answer my question sir. GEJ: I am not your excellency, I am the hero of 'Democrazy' Ask me sensible questions, pls. The money in question was generated during my regime. Let the current government also generate their own money. I dont give a damn. EFCC Lawyer: That will be all sir. I rest my case. ***end of cross examination*** |
The OP raised a salient issue here. We shall see how the so called leaders of tomorrow responds. I know that once it has to do with the Hero of Democracy they are going to ask for the op's head. Any fight against corruption not involving probing the past head of states is a waste of time. Period. |
Amaechi is a Pastor, Buhari is a Prophet and Fashola is an Imam, ask any APC members. The same shait, different packaging and different days. No politicians shall enter the Kingdom of God!
|
God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria. |
Abeymills:Is that all you can write after reading the submission? You are a prove that the last administration really messed things up. |
There was a massive looting under the last administration, agreed. However, there is a 'relooting' of the recovered loots going on under PMB as we speak. Another government will come after Buhari and we shall see the level of lootocracy under "I belong to nobody" We need strong laws that would make looters think twice; like genital mutilation for looters, feeding to the lions for embesslement, death penalty etc. We need to make some barbaric legislation in this country. Make the punishment for corruption more than the crime and you will see it go down drastically. |
NairaMaster1:The only place where corruption is fighting is inside your brain. I don't care about all these people you quoted. If you or anyone have any evidence against these people bring it up and get people to pressurise the EFCC, ICPC till they do the needful. I agree that politicians are the same but I don't tolerate people tagging me a wailer or zombie as you Implied. No offence taken. |
The right thing for Fayose to do was to set the record straight instead of throwing tantrums and crying like a baby deprived of playing with his toys. Is it true you collected money from ONSA through Obanikoro? If it is true, then tell us how much? If Fayose has any idea of how APC illegally funded their election, why not make it public? Obanikoro is a Nigerian who would trade anyone for his freedom. Fayose's ass.hole is about to be tuned tight like a snare drum. ![]() |
Yeah, that's good. So they can both face their corruption and fraud trials repectivelly. |
Martinwombo:Don't mind them. They love corruption. The likes of them are against anything to make Nigeria better. They are IPOBIANS. |
Abeymills:Guess who Fela's son campaigned and voted for. |
Manspeaks:We know your like. Supporter of anything corrupt and anti-good news about Nigeria. Aren't you happy that fraud charges against the Senate leadership were dropped? Aren't you supporting pej against the efcc in relation to money laundering charges? What about pipeline vandalism, you are happy. If a judge collected bribe and perverse the path of justice and you people are shouting rule of law, which rule of law did he follow to criminally enrich himself? Please for posterity sake support the fight against corruption so that you and your future generations can have a good life. Posterity will judge you. Having said all that, I want you to know that you are pathetic and miserable and that goes to every one hoping to reap any reward on you in future. |
frisky2good:You are correct; Army, Police, NJC have jursidiction over their personel. However, they do not have immunity from arrest and interogation. They will can be arrested if they commit crime. They will be given bail. NCJ still have to release judges that committed crime for criminal proceedings. |
july66:Which law did the DSS violated? Read Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) 2015. Law enforcement can use bulldozer to remove your front gate anytime of the night to enter your house and execute a warrant of arrest. Afe Babalola, like every other judges didnt say that the DSS broke any law, he was saying they can't prosecute a sitting judge. Its up to NJC to suspend them. You cant stop law enforcement agent from doing their work. Please you people should stop all these rule of laws you always quote when a corrupt person is arreseted. I pray one day you wont be a victim of corruption. (God forbid) Imagine your wife in the hospital sick and in need of oxygen and the only available cylinder has been rented out by the Chief Medical Director of the government hospital. |
prodigy97:If a president sell nuclear weapon to his enemy and lead a war against his country. He will be investigated, and other things follows. Immunity doesn't cover investigation or stop criminal proceeding. Let the president kill his wife in front of witnesses and you shall see what will happen. Judges dont have immunity from prosecution. |
Jollymich:how so? |
adconline:Stop thinking with your dick. Afe did not say they can not be arrested. Assuming a judge drove recklessly and kill a member of your family and police officer witness the crime. Will you tell the police officer not to effect his arrest or charge him to court for reckless driving and public endangerment? This is how it goes: 1. You commit the crime, 2. We gather the evidence, 3. We invite or arrest. 4. If you happen to be a judge; NCJ is informed (because there could be cases pending in your court and they have to assign another judge) 5. You have your day in court. Being a judge doesn't exempt you from criminal prosecution. As far as these people are concerned; NJC was informed. There has been correspondence between DSS and Judiciary. These people knew there is a case against them. They planned to get interlocutory injunction against the DSS, on Monday, to stay them from prosecuting or arresting them. That was why they went over the weekend. Try and get a copy of Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) 2015 and read. President GEJ signed it to law last year. DSS didn't break the law. They can arrest the president the same way; if he try to breach national security. I am a police supritendent and I have just contributed to you education. |
tafabaloo:You are right but I don't think anything will come out of the case against the APC chieftains. They won't try any case that may break the party ahead of 2019. It's a sad reality. |
Manspeaks:And in your expanded knowledge injustice /justice simply means thinking with the head? What about corruption? Thinking with your anus? |
neocortex:They still have to be arrested first. |
sucess001:Bros, stop playing games and chatting with your phone. Try and be reading educative contents online. It help to improve your understanding and point of views. It's God's advice that you lean not on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5 The case against them were not dropped. Two more judges were arrested yesterday. When you read that the cases were dropped it's to tell you that some people are pressurising or blackmailing the FG not to move forward. For you to even mention that the FG won't win any cases in the future because judges were arrested proves that your thinking is infantile. |
Firefire:I have read everything that is available. The only thing the NJC haven't said is the section of the law which the DSS broke or violated. What you admire and support come towards you: law of attraction. I hate injustice and corruption. |
