wow!!!! sincerely it hasn't been smooth, it's about 2 months now and it hasn't been smooth tho, he always has some excuse every week. I took the car last week for maintenance and notice the silencer was linking and he has been using it that way all this while.

The driver is dubious. Inspection is 2k each for bolt and Uber. Drivers are usually responsible for it.
Even if your job stabilizes later, don't give your car to the man again. He probably knows drivers pay for inspection, but he collected the money from you and still dubed you over it.

Start by uploading your car docs and inspection report to set up your acct.

As for your question, hope you have active uber/bolt/indrive acct?

You can use same inspection report the current driver uses if you have the copy with you. If the driver paid for the inspection report, he is at liberty to withhold the report from you if he feels aggreived you're taking the car from him (some people can be Petty you know), please don't drag it with him, just go do another inspection with 2k or less.

That's agmesis loan program, also handled by NIRSAL. It is open for application all through the year. You can access up to 10m naira but you need a business plan, a training at the cost of 10k, 2 guarantors. But all these requirements don't Mean the loan is 100% sure
