Godstime234: please I need a good advice,I just took my car on hp last week with 100k deposit, and I have remitted this week, 25k I am on hp, but the way things r going, what can I do please, should I return the car to partner or I should propose reduction, if reduction, like how much can I agree to from the 25k, am going to his house this morning but I dont know what to say or do when I get there. You shouldn't have even taken hp offer last week as corona virus had already hit Nigeria, and following events, I should have expected lockdown like this in Nigeria. Like advised, just go and approach your partner and drop the car at his house and explain the situations to him. Please don't risk your health in this period. Stay home till coast is clear. Grooves and face masks can barely protect you. The money you collect with gloves, you put them in your safe or pocket and still touch them eventually with your hands. |

Bigleaf1006: Got offered a very sharp Corolla on hp, had to tell the guy I won't be able to take it because of the present situation. I will rather keep my 100k to chop with my family than loose it when I can't meet up.
Really sad I must say Peace of mind above everything. Just keep in touch with the person and take the offer when the cloud is clear. A serious minded person woulnt event offer his car out for HP this time around. |

topsydee007: I wonder why some partners are so inconsiderate. In Abuja, there is no request at all. I was outside yesterday from 9am - 2pm ..only made 2k net... I even drove from wuse 2 through gwarimpa ( inside gwarimpa ooo ) till I get to kubwa. No request on bolt and Uber. Both apps were on
It's almost impossible to meet up with weekly remitance in this lockdown period. Partners should try and consider drivers abeg I blame him for proposing 15k weekly. He should have simply told his partner about current situation and propose to drop the car. I told my partner I was going to drop his car due to this corona and slow market, propsed for reduced remittance but I said I was actually taking a break becuase of the virus and the slow or no market now isn't even worth the stress. |

Duru9: I beg I need car for weekly remittance in Abuja
My partner just collected my car from me because I told him this virus is affecting my work I begged him to reduce money he said no Relax. Your partner cant possibly find a driver now or anyone that will remit what he used to collect during a healthy economy before corona hit. After this is over, you can get back to him. Besides, another offer will still come. Just chill |

tojahh: The issue is.... Where he forced them out of the car Sir.
One time I've asked a girl out of my vehicle when she wan use mess kill me. Just from agungi to VI before we reach tokl gate she don mess like 7 times and the thing loud and smell like mad. So asking riders out of the car isn't a new thing. But common bro, na untop bridge baba drop them o. I know you will not come down there even at gun point if you're a rider. Yes, I also faulted felicity on that. My earlier post faulting is still on this thread. I just had to respond to some posts where guys are trying to justify kissing or having sex in a car as rider's right. |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by peeps4u: 1:22pm On Mar 26, 2020 |
searchng4love: Don't be unfortunate... kissing is none of your business.... drive the freaking car to the destination and get your pay!! Who appointed you moral instructor? I wont enter the mud with you. You can pass your argument without being cocky or arrogant. A driver can reject a trip or order riders out of his car if they engage in any sexual act and he's not comfortable with it. Driver's car isn't a place where any rider can exhibit his Randy behaviour. A driver Can even drop them and report them to uber. He's done no crime. I can only fault if the driver drops them in dangerous zone. |

searchng4love: So carrying two lesbians kissing at the back will cross your wires? You have serious issues. Get a counselor Kissing or any sort of sexual/romantic act is an act any driver can rightfully frown at and order the rider to stop doing. Let's not justify this ugly act because you all want to criticize felicity. I also condemned felicity for dropping them on 3MB but that doesn't make this a Randy riders right, not after earlier warning them. You might be cool with riders having sex in your car while driving, another driver might not be cool with driver even kissing in his car. It is within the right of such driver to call them to order. |

Goodgod213: Guy you be ordinary driver way enter bolt as last option. As far as your car don enter bolt, na Public transport. If you no want kissing and the sorts Park your motor for house. C'mon. Stop that if it is a joke. Driver's car is not a public property and kissing or any sort of romance is even frowned at by Uber. That some drivers overlook it doesn't make it your right to do as you like in the car. Another driver can rightfully send you out if you engage in such act in his car. Be guided please. |

Felicity0001: 3rd mainland bridge to me is one of the best place for them to have privacy to themselves.... When they r done in sure they could easily trek down to iworosoki which is like 500m away.
@gspark01 say what's in ur mind let have it, I would have allowed them have a quickie on my car right? Oh I c that I paid for a ride means u can do what ever u want and turn it into a hotel room right in my face. Mr man behave urself ooh.
In case you don't know, know now that an attempt to or making love on the car is a polishable offence. I could have driven them down to a police station and make sure they serve 2yrs in jail. So asking them outta my car was even more human. You have right to ask them out for that and you were right to do that. But bikonu, next time give them Another chance, since the guy apologised. Im sure they wouldn't attempt such again if you had pardoned them. I had had exchange of words with a rider, only that we didn't exchange punches. I told him I would end the trip if he continued to provoke me, he cooled down afterwards and I completed the trip without uttering any words to each for the duration of the trip which lasted for well over an hour. A rider will likely comport him/herself after a threat of ending the trip so I'm sure those guys wouldn't have done that again if you had give them Another chance. Please do better next time and control your anger towards riders. God bless. |

sexylassie2: Italy has proven that its health care system is not standard.
I have also noticed that countries with high rate of death due to the virus have a bad health system.
As for the global economy, the damage have been done, lot of changes will happen after the virus is fought.
Open borders ideas will be thrown into the waste bins.
Expect more tighter border controls.
Extreme right wing politics will win
Anti foreigner sentiments in European countries will be high.
Businesses will find ways to implement work from home policies
Online education will be the new thing.
Presently different governments are bringing in different stimulus package to support businesses and their cities.
If you live in america and Germany, easy access to get cheap credit, in Germany for instance, govt is going to write off loans of businesses and people.
I came to understand that my Nigeria is a poor country, where other countries are talking about 100 billion to 500 billion USD as stimulus packages, ours is just 2.6 billions USD. You may be right with some of your submissions, especially on the area of tighter border controls. |
