when you enter the church.at Lagos Ibadan express road , look at peoples eyes, they are crying, people are extremely poor.

My area of concern is where the "man of God" kept saying that "If I go" and "when I go" (which I take to mean when he dies). When that eventuality finally happens (it is inevitable for us all), Deeper Life as we know it will not be the same (another eventuality for all man-made and man-owned churches). Already the "man of God" has started sensing danger while he is still alive. That's why he has started giving warning about the kind of person he will hand over to (of course I'm convinced that he will not hand over HIS church to anyone except when death calls). My point is that Deeper Life and other "an-owned churches" will most likely break up or go into oblivion when their OWNERS die

I love his preaching but he brings his own doctrine into it which is the part I hate.

Just preach God's word and not what you think is right.
Making your congregation were big skirts and looking unkempt isn't God's word. It is just your way of interpreting it and you shouldn't force your personal belief on your congregation as though it is in the bible.

Believe it or not, I finished listening to Pastor Adeboye's sermon 'The Sun Shall Rise Again' few minutes ago. I held my ribs(where I'd felt pains in months even till this evening) as he prayed for the sick. Right now, I don't feel the pains anymore!

Is it part of your 'holiness' to tell lies Deeper life cannot possibly even be amongst the top fifty christian denomination in the world. These listed churches definitely have far more members than your deeper life sect; roman catholic church, anglican church, baptist church, methodist church, four square church, greek orthodox church, ethopian church, coptic church, russian(eastern) orthodox church, and locally; RCCG, winner's chapel and probably CEC. That is not to talk of countless other churches globally that would dwarf deeper life in size. That said the size of the church is not what matters but if they are teaching and practising the true gospel and the evidence we have is that they are not rather they are self righteous hypocrites.

Happy birthday to you Pastor Kumuyi. He is a great man of God and there is doubt about that. But why is it that many or if not all his members are hypocrates? Why is it that his members find it difficult to relate to other church members. Do u realize that Pastor Kumuyi is not as modest as you think? Do u realize that Pastor Kumuyi is one of the flashing men of God in Nigeria? He is one of the very few Nigeria pastors that started living an extravagant life by using heavy convon with siren at both front and back. He has been using television for a very long time before he allowed his members to use it. He even told them that it's a devil box. There was even a time he told his members that God told him never to marry. I think that was why he got married his first wife late. Do u also realize that his second wedding was the only marriage in the church that was ever covered with video? Nor of the members can try that. Are u aware that his second wife is the only woman that allow to put on hat. Every other woman tie scarf on their head.
At op, I don't know the reason why you said he's difference from every other pastors. Is it by teaching heresy to his members that cap or hat is a sin? That earring is a sin? That wedding ring is a sin? That button cloth for women is a sin? That jeans material is a sin? That television is a devil's box? That it's a sin for a brother to shake a sister's hand? That drum is a sin? That dancing is a sin? That women ministry is a sin? That wearing of wedding gown for women is a sin? That jewelles is a sin? That every other music that are difference from church music is a sin? That gold is a sin? That lace material is a sin? Haba this is too much. These people are really into bondage.
My uncle who is a member of Deeper life cannot put on golden wrist watch but he can use silver watch. Why? Because the golden wrist watch is a sin according to church doctrine. I also remember the day I brought a bag that has a little piece of gold attached to my aunt; she had to remove the gold first before using the bag. Hypocrate people. I dislike that church with a passion because of their wrong and misleading teaching. Many of my family members are their strong members of that church and they have totally separated themselves from the rest of the family. But their lives are wrost than the unbelievers. They only have the appearance of the godly (clothly appearance), but there works are very very evil. These Deeper life people need to grow up spiritually and stop all these condemnational message they preach to there members. The members confess their sins, they cry, weep, and sober for their sins whenever they go to church. Religions people.

Women have left their lovers for others all in the name of sex. Most couples have ignored all negative behavioral traits exhibited by their partners just because of the rare sexual satisfaction they obtain when they indulge in intercourse.

So to my question again.
What if this precious element was erased form the table of "relationship"
What if their was nothing like "'sex''?
Would relationships still stand. Will couples still experience "love".
Would the rate of celibacy increase?
Would humans still decide to spend the rest of their lives with the opposite gender?

As for me, I think the famous titanic disaster
of that fateful April morning on the deep seas of cold Atlantic would be a mere fiasco, if compared to the rate at which most relationships and marriages would capsize

So Nairalanders, what do you think?
Would relationships and marriages still stand?
Would you still love and continue with your partners?

Hello Folks we are back again with exciting recipes that will tingle your appetite. I had a thread on how to prepare whole roast Agama lizard in 5 simple steps and though it was very helpful to many then, it got wiped out when NL was hacked.

Today I will be taking you on preaparing traditional agama lizard meals for yourself, your friends and your family in very brief and simple steps

Ingredients

• 1/2 kilo of matured agama lizard meator 5 lizards(red heads have tougher flesh while the green heads are more tender)
• 1 large bulb of onions
• Seasoning
• Dry fish
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh Tomatoes

PROCEDURE

• Tie the lizard if live ones in a bag and allow to die by suffocation or better still drown it. This is to prevent rupturing of the internal organs

• Blend your tomatoes, boil the excess water away and set aside

• Clean the internals of the lizard and discard chop to sizable pieces.

• Put the chopped lizard in a pot,alongside the dryfish, add seasoning and onions and steam till its tender.

• Now pour oil in a sauce pan, add onions and allow to caramelize before adding the tomatoes and allow to boil for 5 mins

• Add the lizard and fish with the stock to the tomato, add salt now

• Add desired quantity of water and allow to boil for 7 minutes then turn off the heat and allow to stand for 3 minutes. If you got it right, it will resemble a rich sauce with minced meat. You can add vegetables if you desire.

Serve while hot

Right now I can't even work perfectly because my supervisor's wife sent me a message this early morning; I don't know how she got my number...
The content of the message happened to be a lobby type ; I don't know if they want to set me up.
She asked me to go and ask for forgiveness from my boss for spying on them.
And she pleaded that her husband should not know; she claimed she did it for her husband's promotion.
Am just worried because this boss of mine seems powerful and well connected...
I can't even concentrate on the assignment on my table...
So confused truly.....
