sustainable business practice Well, according to your UG program and your proposed course of study, I think you're in line; but,a trying to explain the relationship between a Project Manager and a Marketer to your proposed study. I will advise you do proper background check to ensure all are in-line. You can check for the correlation in the course of study, functional relation.... in college of the rockies cranbrook british columbia. the school has sent me pre-loa I don't know what you mean by "pre-loa". If it's anything am thinking, Conditional offer letter, the i will advise you meet the conditions stated first. and asked me to pay for my one year tuition fee which about to 10,350cad . i read project management in my first degree and i have been working in a private firm since my graduation as a sales rep of the company. my brother who will be my sponsor just opened his own company and i asked me to further my study in business development or equivalent to enable me get in-depth knowledge of business development and sustainability so that i will head his company after graduation I will advise you take the statement made bold out of your S.O.P. try to talk about how it will better improve you career-wise, economic-wise.... i married 29th of decemeber but my wife is just few weeks pregnant, and she has agreed i should go since i will be coming back after graduation.she has given me her consent letter from her office. You don't need the statement made bold. Don't complicate your application with un-necessary and irrelevant documents. she is a government staff. my sponsor has paid my school fee and he is about to pay my accommodation for six month on campus. i have pieces of lands i bought in the village, there are no government papers to them except the agreement signed between me and the seller and witnesses. i have not much in my account as per account balance but there has been flow of fund which is not huge so to say. my sponsor who happens to be my blood brother is doing everything financial.
my fear now is i have been delayed last two years although i was just doing it on my own then without any support, and i was paper application, please what do you think and how best to i approach this application to avoid another delay. i am 34 this year and i am going for pgd. my course is starting september 4 ending december 2019. please i do not want to rush since my acceptance letter came very early, please i need direction on how to go about this. thank you
I applied for PGD Business Administration on my First Application that was denied. I was not having much fund. i had about 5million on a fixed deposit account then, and i was not married then, so i was told that my tie with Nigeria was not strong. more so i was told about not coming back after my study. that i did not show that i will be coming back after my study |

Austinpee4 has given your the best advice. nothing to show that you are the true owner. jessicahardman: Hi guys,
Please, I need your opinion. I got a land 6 months ago from a friend and have not bothered to do the change of ownership in my name. I got it from my childhood friend and so wasn't scared or in a haste to change the name on the land documents to my name. We just have a deed of assignment. Can I use this deed of assignment and the land documents with his name on it? Or do I forget using this land document since my name is not on it? I have no other personal asset I can use.

I initially don’t want to comment on here about the moniker @SURGEE post, but I’m unable to keep quiet seeing many fumes it has generated. Let me start by saying this; I don’t think anybody should jeered when he/she shares whatever believe that has worked for him/her. But I believe this is a public forum where nobody is compelled to either accept or comment on anyone’s post. If you don’t believe in whatever has worked for Mr.A, just read or better still ignore his/her post and move on with your life! Whatever the moniker @SURGEE has posted, if it does not work for you, or you seem not to find whatever information you’re looking for inside his/her post (S.O.P, L.O.I, strategy,…whatever!) it is either you post your question/problem and wait for whoever has contribution to it to come and attend to it. What you’re not seeing inside a post you’re condemning may be the saving grace of even an un-born child aspiring to study in Canada. Part of communication etiquettes demands you understand your audience. We have Christians, Muslims, atheist etc here. When evangelizing & testimony sharing, the motive is to win souls and build our faith in God. To the quoted text; the fact that we have other religion practitioners on this thread does not mean that one should not be able to come out boldly to attest to what has worked for him/her or the faith he/she has acted on and worked for him/her. If you’re are an atheist or traditional worshipper or whatever/whoever you worship or are, you’re very welcome to share what works for you and let whoever wants to believe do; and whoever does not want to, should pass by. I see no lack of communication etiquette in what the said moniker posted. He has neither insulted anybody or any belief nor shut anybody from coming to share his/her idea or belief. I share your opinion. Reading through his post all I kept on wondering was how he structured his research proposals. But I didn't see none of that , all I saw was have faith. To the bolded, i will still say that if you’re really particular about what you need and you’re not seeing it, rather than engaging in criticism, why not asked the person directly by quoting him/her? If there’s anything you’d like to know that’s not in his/her post, ask politely!, or better still send a p.m to the moniker. Please and please, it’s a VERY BAD idea when we try to shut people up for sharing what they believed in and has worked for them. I know of some monikers that has left this thread due to criticism to the believe which I know if they’d been, many people would have benefited from them. Lesson 1 clearly find out from your potential supervisor, his or her willingness to supervise you before applying. Don’t ever dwell on just their interest, let them state it on the mail they send to you that they want to supervise you. Lesson 2: Always write a research proposal that highlights areas of common research interest among at least 3 Professors within your intended department, especially if you are not required to have a supervisor before the submission of your application. Don’t stereotype the research proposal to just one (1) Professor’s area of interest. People keep saying the moniker does not share tips, what about the quoted? It is so dis-heartening to see how some people read/listen to pick fault rather than learn. The said moniker @SURGEE gave so many tips that aided his success story but yet some people will still not see because they’re hell-bent on criticizing his belief. Well I will just highlight few of those tips he shared not because of those who are unable to read and digest his post, but for those who will benefit later PERSISTENCE AND PERSEVERANCE. So I geared myself up to resume sending mails to prospective supervisors but many did not respond. Most of those who responded said they weren’t interested or aren’t accepting graduate students for now. As a Naija boy i had to move on, no shaking!!...i stated checking out other schools and even if it’s a Meng I want to apply to, I try as much as possible to secure a supervisor first hoping that this should be easy for the supervisor since I wouldn’t be engaging in intense research than just a final year project. Lesson – Anything is possible, keeping fighting for what you believe in even if you don’t have the resources at hand…Call those things that are not as though they were. Lesson: When failure arises in your quest for success, see it as a process to your breakthrough……Failure makes the testimony sweet!! HAVE ALTERNATIVES/ BACK-UP PLANS. Being discouraged by these responses,
I decided to start looking for MEng opportunities which were course based. NEVER GIVE UP YOUR DREAMS Lesson: When failure arises in your quest for success, see it as a process to your breakthrough……Failure makes the testimony sweet!! We all know that NOTHING WORKS FOR A LAZY MAN, but if we can be honest with ourselves, I believe that the said moniker @SURGEE has put more effort and done so much before he got what he got. If he had been lazy, he would have been discouraged ever since considering the money and the waiting period put into the whole process. Whoever deserve commendation should be commended while we put aside our religious differences. He spent his money, time effort… and many more before he can get all this. Do you even know what it means for your “letter of intent” to interest some professors let alone accepting to supervise you? If you don’t know, I advise you start trying out or asked people who got has gotten and about their waiting experience and stress they went through before securing one. P.S- I wouldn’t be around to entertain any form of argument on issues raised about my post, and my post is not meant to point out or call out anybody. Thanks. |

Want to ask you some questions. 1).Why is your company sponsoring you? 2).What will be your contribution to the company after your proposed program? 3).How related is your proposed course of study with what your company is into? 4).What post do you currently hold in the company that will want to make the company make such a huge commitment to your academic achievement? 5).Why are you the person that the company chooses to go and study that course and not someone else? I believe these are the questions a V.O will want convincing answers to as pertain to your case. You will have to justify the source of the money. Although it's not advisable cos it's likely to be tagged "lump sum" but if you can clearly and indepthly explain the source, then no problem. With the said amount (7million), you should be good if and only if your program is a year program. But if it's two years, then you have to show more than that. Don't know if you're using a sponsor or you intend to sponsor yourself with that amount. barbie05: Hello House. Trust you are all well.
I Received my admission letter yesterday for sept 2017, Thank God.
please what is the next step after confirming my place and paying the fees. I will be paying for the first semester while I plan to pay the other later.
I will be staying with my cousin, do I still need to show prove of accommodation in my account? I will be getting a huge sum of money in my account before applying, do they frown on that? what is the ideal money to have in the account. is 7m okay after paying the first tuition fee which is 7580cad.
please advise. thank you. |

Lemme still say this, please don't stick to to schools in calgary alone. Even if you school in Ontario, saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Nova scotia,....you can choose to relocate to Calgary for employment and settlement ( if you don't use calgary nomination point; which i think you won't need when applying for PR) So you don't have to bother much about the school search. You can school in any province and relocate to calgary after your program. Doodoo10: My brother may God bless you. To start with,
I know now my 1st step is looking up for schools in Calgary province,
I hope to start my application soon, because wasting time is not encouraging rather causing more depression and frustration.
So, let me begin with school scout, Incase of any advise about choosing a friendly school for MEng, I would appreciate

Doodoo10: Hello nairalanders
Happy Sunday to you all,
Please I need your assistance on the very best step to follow,
1stly,i am a petroleum engineer graduated with 2.2 in 2014,due to the wait in nysc I did my nysc in 2016, finished my nysc last year 2016 November.
Now,since January dis year, I have been preparing my migration for my master course in Australia I have spent my time making research and gathering important information, I have already started the process, even written the English exam pte, now to visit my school to collect my certificate before my Dad who is supposed to be my sponsor changed mind because my Aunty who resides in America advised me to choose Canada because iys Closer to America ,
Now, I am like starting afresh and with some information I got attactracted with prior to migrating to Australia, I do not know if such opportunities are in Canada too,
E. G, 1. I know that the 20hourswork/week is also applicable in Canada but I don't know the job luxurity well, you can get part-time jobs for as low as 8CAD per hour to 30CA. It depends on luck, province, your field of work... but bear in mind that AUD is slightly higher than CAD.
2.. Australia gives 2 years work permit after study like the masters I am planning, but I do not know if it's applicable in Canada too Canada gives three years Post-graduate work permit for two years program.
3.... As I had my 1st degree in Petroleum engineering, what's DE best lucrative master degree to pursue in Canada that will give me more opportunity for permanent residence. Your course is a good one, so I think considering Calgary province will be better with you going for M.Sc in your course. Engineering generally are hot courses in Canada. Most Engineering courses are under the NOC.
4... How is the masters admission process, and I hope it is not difficult to obtain, The only strenuous part of the masters admission to Canada universities is that you have to get a supervisor that will be interested in your research topic first before you can apply. I will suggest that you should get a very good research topic and detail your knowledge and how to go about it to potential supervisors in any university you're considering. 5...,is there any benefit, I can obtain based on my Aunty who is in America with regards to my application. You're in no way better than all other nigeria applicants. Only your Aunt S.O.A can helo alil.
Please every experienced person here, please I beg u to contribute in anyway
I know I am supposed to search all the post but,the posts are much and I have exhausted all my research in the Australian posts
Please and please clear a brothers mind, in any which way, let me continue with my pursuit
Thank you |

Just like me, my perfect place of reading is a lost library inside the wood where I can think, meditate and alone with my thought. DonOms: I agree with you penitential. To say, "true introverts don't read when it is quiet" is not factually correct. However, it's true some introverts don't like complete silence when reading. I, for example, don't like to read in a dead zone - when it's completely quiet, because my mind tends to wander. So a good distraction such as table tapping or distant fading music helps to keep the wandering in checks. BUT I can't read with NOISE and definitely NOT a noisy singer blaring nonsense into my ears.
So Alphasoar, truly, some introverts' minds (I've met a few) tend to wander in complete quietness so they may need some low sound to ensure they concentrate WHILE some other introverts require complete silence to concentrate. But ALL introverts hate loud noise/sound. |

Your application for masters program has been refused. What the school is doing is that; they are giving you the option of taking the pre-masters program. If you won't take the pre-masters program, then you're not likely going to get any admission from the school. Well, pre-master program usually last for a year. You will be required to take some courses (not included in your UG school syllabus but present in theirs). Upon completion of these courses, if you meet their GPA for masters admission, you will have to apply for masters program afresh. You can get a TRV for the program. matic12: Good morning house... Please, I need help now. I applied to University of Manitoba for M. so but yesterday I received a mail from the graduate program coordinator stating deficiency in my transcript and as such I was given an option to consider..
To revise my application for entry into pre masters program in the faculty I applied to by taking some courses at 300/400level and as such given the opportunity to reapply for admission into the M. sc program in the later date....
If I have keenly considered this option, I should send a mail to the Admission chair (graduate program) or the Graduate program coordinator....
To my people in the house, I need your help cos I don't know what pre masters is? is it that my application has been rejected? Can the VO grant me Visa for Pre Master's? |

Alphasoar: A quick querry to all ghen ghen IntroKings$Queens: why is it that introverts love quietness, dont like gossips and avoid association but cant stay noiseless. As a matter of fact, true introverts dont read when it quiet (they only think and dream away). If there is no where to get some noise, they find TerryG and hang on there headset. WHY ?? I don't agree with this assertion. Although, it might be the trait of some introverts but not majority. I am one of the introverts that hates noise; not even the sound of a dropping pin especially when I need my lonliness. |
