TnDrive: It is not true. I work around Ojota and people that just got back from the Ketu/Mile12 just confirmed that at least 4 yorubas were victims of this madness. Let yorubas learn to respect their visitors. You don't know what you are saying, it's very clear. As much as it's wicked and inappropriate to gloat over dead people, the people that suffered casualty are not the Yorubas. Let us leave it at that, doing otherwise will only escalate the issue. |

omoigbomina: he was such a good man as you have narrated, but why didn't he try the coup plotters? He could not, because they would have implicated him as he was the brain behind the coup. He hurriedly hid them away in the East and was foot dragging to prosecute them since that would disrupt his own government. |

TnDrive: I am so shocked that this is all you could say even when Hausa visitors unleashed such carnage on their host- the Yorubas. It is really sad how average Yoruba behaves just like a slave in the face of an Hausa Fulani. smh Shut up. Were you there to see what went down? |

cheruv: Still vomiting those Akuko Idu na Oba your Yoruba people circulate in their villages to cover up Awo's raison d'être of going to prison. Answer me Gini mere eji tuo Awolowo nga Why was Awolowo imprisoned
At they're the same thing...if you can't understand the first, you'd understand the second Stop foaming white substance in your mouth. We are celebrating the murderer call Ironsi here. You should feel free to bring up a thread on Awo's imprisonment, we will deal with such there. This is exclusive for the Onye murderer |

cheruv: Is it only military men that conduct coups Why did awo go to prison in the first place The idea of a plan to overthrow government was the only way that Sardauna and his collaborator, Zik can only come up with to put away Awo and install a puppet Akintola. You need to read and leave the folklore of the village. |

CSTR2: Are you alright? What is warped about my post? Was awolowo not jailed for treason? Was murtala muhammed not a blood thirsty tyrant? Are these guys not supposed heroes to your yoruba people? I am not one to celebrate ironsi. He was not different from the rest of the mad men that governed Nigeria's affairs ,many of whom you still celebrate like a hypocrite. Get out of my face till you grow some brain cells. You are the sick one here. I don't have time for your back and forth, if you want to do that, create a thread on Awolowo or simply resuscitate any of the numerous thread about him. Trying to paint Ironis with a saintly brush by your fellow Ibos is the issue here. He was a cowardly criminal that was also the creator of the foolish unitary mess that Nigeris is gasping in. May he rot in the hottest part of hell for truncating the regional system of Nigeria government. |

CSTR2: But everything he supposedly did have been replicated by your past leaders in a million fold, many of whom you still worship today. Awolowo was jailed for treason against Nigeria and he is still worshipped by the SW. Murtala mahammed was a blood thirsty tyrant who slaughtered many Nigerians and yet he is still recognized as a national hero today. Buhari your president who not only was he a notorious coup plotter, worked for one of the most corrupt leaders to ever live-abacha and even gave him a clean slate. Are you seeing the ironies? I hope you are not too dumb to realize it. Shut up and stop pulling conjectures from your anus. Let's deal with facts and not your warped sentiments. Why did he refuse to prosecute the criminals? Simple, he knew he would be implicated in the coup. The July coup was simply a coup to revenge what Ironsi did. Being a coward, He killed others indirectly using his protégés, he was killed by brave soldiers, dragging his body all over town. |

cheruv: Why'd I not be surprised After all its not awolowo that sent his boys to overthrow the govt!! Your grudge with the supreme commander is that he quashed awolowos coup and left him in prison. If Ironsi was even ¼ tribalistic as buhari is, this cesspit called Nigeria would've ceased to exist long ago Awolowo was not a military man, so I wondered where you are pulling thst rubbish out from. aguyi was a criminal and that was the reason that he ended the cruel manner he did. |
