Pls she should not self medicate with prior history of fibroid. There are some drugs/things one can innocently take that may make the fibroid to grow back. Examples are clomid, letrozole, pregnacare conception and some herbs etc.

I would suggest follicular tracking to target lovemaking during her most fertile days and maybe simple routine vitamins like bco, folic acid, emzor multivitamins (those tiny counting ones for all the above).
She should avoid heavy conception drugs/herbs especially if she wants to self medicate. I am speaking from personal experience with ovarian cysts and regrowth.
