That he declared Yoruba as the MOST successful ethnic group in Africa translates to him belittling other ethnic groups of Africa.

Why didn't he post it on Twitter? Why Facebook?

And why is it only a certain people that are against it? Out of the over 250 tribes in Nigeria, why is only a particularly tribe that is taking it to heart?

Why didn't they take it to heart when he said, "The Igbo as a Blessing to Nigeria” or when he wrote, "The Igbo Are The Engine Of The Vehicle Called Nigeria” or when he praised the Igbo as the "real richest people in Nigeria"

The same thing happened when he praised the Yoruba, that they dominate Nigerian music and the Igbos against attacked him.. That's just the way the Igbos are.

Isn't Reno's post a form of a poll to show how the Igbos think? Reno's page have random people from random Nigerian tribes who comments daily on whatever he posts.

In this very post, more than 80% of the Igbos are saying the same thing.. Isn't that enough to draw conclusion that that's how they think?? Even here in Nairaland, they still do the same thing. So it's safe to generalise their habit.

This isn't the first time Reno have praise the Yorubas. He praises the Igbos too.. In fact, most times it's the Igbos he praises more that's why if you read one of the comentnt up you'll see someone saying Reno always pressure their button. But every time he praises any other tribes that's not Igbo, you'll see them wailing and gnashing their teeth..

When a soil scientists wants to draw conclusion on the pH level of a soil in a farmland, he doesn't need to test the soil in every area of the farm land. All he need to do is take soil samples from random places in the farm and test them. From the tests result, he can generalize if the soil in the farmland is acidic or basic.

So, you are not as wise as you claim.

Ahmadu Bello was putting his people first. And what he said didn't affect the whole of Nigeria only the Northern region. He said if there's a big Northern post in the North, he'll pick a Northerner first for that post. And if there's no Northerner qualified for that post then he'll pick an expatriate or another Nigerian on contract. I see no wrong in what he said, except when he said he'll pick an expatriate before a fellow Nigerian. But him picking his fellow Northerner first for a post in the Northern Region is not wrong.

He then even asked, how many Northerners are employed in the East or west and he gave the answer as none.. He was the leader of the North and he's not wrong for wanting his people to be in the top position in his region.

He was even a visionary leader. He forsaw how other regions dominating his region can bring bloodshed..

This was the same mistake that Nnamdi Azikiwe made by trying to be the Premier of the Western region..

The question should be why will you have money to build a 25 storey building but can't afford money for renewable energy to power it. Such buildings don't depend on government for power they normally employ wind turbines, solar panels and generators for backup. In fact it should be a law that any new building above a storey should not be allowed to join the national grid to encourage diversification in the energy sector.
