Lots of professors dressed stupid.... And they get more jobs from different universities because their intellects speaks volume.

Nigerian youths will study hoe to answer interview questions and will put little efforts into performance....

In a scenario where a lot of people are capable of the job both intellectually and skillfully, these interview questions come in handy in screening some people out..
Imagine a company in Lagos wanting to employ a very good programmer as their staff in Lagos, do you know how many thousands of people are very good programmers? This is where unimportant things like how you dress and all these funny questions come in handy to screen people out.

This is another way where the Government can put NIN to good use. It should be mandatory for passengers to provide their NIN as part of the details when purchasing an e-ticket. Since everyone has only one NIN, it will help reduce the fraud of buying many tickets to resell.

Using this strategy will kill two birds with one stone. It will reduce the corruption as well as force those people with strong head to get their NIN.

Though this strategy isn't foolproof as people can use other people NIN and also the fact that since little kids don't have NIN it will be a problem.. But every problem has a solution.

You dont get it. Sokoto and Taraba are not supposed to develop on the resources of others, thats cheating , thats not how a federation is run. Sokoto,Taraba and any other state, are supposed to look in-wards and use whatever resources, human or natural, to deveop at their own pace

Imagine, if the country becomes a federation tomorrow. What would happen to all federal workers in Taraba state?? Do you know how many thousands of people would lose their job in an instant? And no matter how intelligent a Governor is, his policies for his state will not start yielding fruits until some months or even years after.. And he'll need money to implement any of his policies and build any infrastructure that will make his state viable for investment of which he won't have cos no federal application... How many people can wait that long?

I'm not saying that a federation isn't the best solution for the country, but it shouldn't be done in a instant. My advice is that the sharing formula should be edited. States that are bringing more should have a higher percentage than 13% (say maybe 20%), then states that bring less should have their allocation reduced slightly. The percentage increase and decrease should be done, say every 5 years.. That will make the disadvantaged states to start sitting up.. This is better than just cutting off their allocation at once. If you were from Taraba or Sokoto, you won't like that..

Letting each state control their sources should be after each states have been developed to a certain extent.. For now if you should do that, states like Sokoto and Taraba will suffer.

Osinbajo was the acting President when Amaechi brought the project to FEC. Osinbajo rejected it. Although I understand why he rejected it. No matter how you make light of the issue, you can't give a contract worth millions of dollars to a company that's just two years old that have never been tested or trusted before. If Osinbajo had approved the contract and it failed, I trust Nigerians to call for Osinbajo's head for approving a contract to his family member?
