Kano state has 3 senators. Bayelsa has 3 senatos also.

Kano has 44 local Govt, Bayelsa has only 8.

Kano has around 13 million people, Bayelsa has 3 million people.

Bayelsa has more allocation including 13% derivation than Kano, yet Bayelsa owes its workers many months salary while Kano is not owing anything.

Bayelsa cannot come anywhere close to Kano when we speak about infrastructure and human development.

To know the answer to your question I suggest you set up your own school then during holidays when there is no money coming in you go and take money from your personal savings to pay your teacher let us see if that school will survive for up to 2 years!

That's not the issue. I know of a school that collect 80k as school fees and pays a salary of 30k to less than 25 staffs. The students in the school are more than 250. Yet this man still owe salaries. Most private school owners are just too wicked..

The teachers come to school 6 days a week and most of them take more than one subject yet they're still owed salaries.

I thought the proprietor of my secondary school was a stingy/greedy man when he send students home that haven't paid school fees even on the first day of resumption. But now I understand why he does that. Before first test, all students must have paid all their school fees.

But even at that this man still dey owe school fees.. The number of students in my class alone is enough to pay all the teachers in the school their salaries for at least two months.
Heard the man use to deliberately owe teachers salaries so they can't leave the school..
Most private school owners are just heartless.
