PoliticsRe: Nigeria has finished me!! by permanentgrace(m): 11:53pm On Jul 08, 2016
This thread is indeed a big eye opener. Seeing Nigerians turn to beggars in their own land is quite pathetic. Look at how people beg and beg and keep begging. How much are they even begging? Maximum of 5k. What is 5k? Money that can only feed a mouth for two days. This thread leaves me to nothing but shading tears for the unfortunate situation we've found ourselves in this country. There is no where someone who has a good paying job or his business doing well will be here begging for just 5k. And people here are believed to be even the enlightened ones and yet, they live in a big mess. The only thing that stops graduates from turning open beggars in the street is just because of shame. Shame is the only thing that keeps them from carrying plate and stand at a busy junction and beg for alms. What a life! N300m disappeared from Saraki's bedroom and yet we are here begging for 5k. Akpabio has stashed currencies in many of his rooms and were are here begging for 5k. Imoke and Obasanjo looted Power fund and are till today still have billions (if not trillions) in worth and we are begging 5k. What crime in real sense did we commit to be born Nigerians? Why has God forsaken us? I feel like seriously crying seeing what we are passing through in this country. One guy here was even begging for just 1k. If he had like ordinary 50k in his account, do you think he'll be here begging 1k to at least be sure of his meal tonight? What a shame of Africa!!! I cry for this country as things get worst by the day. I'm so ashamed of this country.

I believe at times, late comers end up with the biggest chunk. Though i've been posting and soliciting for this grant since after noon but nothing has come out so far, hope coming back now might not be totally out of place. God knows to a greater extent this will help me. Thanks and God bless.

Ok, right..

I left my house angry this morning because my gf caught me...yes,she did because of this stupid android pattern, I used to use an Iphone where you either use fingerprint or enter password. So I guess she might have studied me while using that stupid android pattern to unlock my phone. I was sad because she was crying and I couldn't defend myself(she shouldn't have gone thru my phone tho ).

So I stumbled on this thread while on the train en-route to work, another sadness filled my heart, this one overshadowed the sadness of me being caught. Please, don't judge me!!!yes I am sad, but seeing the pain of average Nigerian youths filled my heart with so much sadness. Some people go to bed not knowing what they will eat tomorrow, the op said "young man never find him leg..he go dey find girlfriend..How e wan take happen? Your babe go ask you for money, you go dey preach sermon...common recharge card you no go fit send give girl wey u claim say you love...why she no go cheat on you? if na you be she, you no go cheat on your self?" which is true to some extent. Average Nigerians are hardworking people(go to USA, UK, Germany etc), the government has failed the people and now our youths has turned to dubious means of making money...hmmm..who am I to judge?

DDeliverer and MaziOmenuko, kindly pm me. Then we take it from there. Jah bless
Hello Sir, with due respect, i'm seriously interested in whatever help you can render. I may not have written episodes to attract sympathy but if you go through my past posts, you'll sure see what i am talking about. Thanks and God bless

RomanceRe: My Conscience Troubles Me About This! What Should I Do?? by permanentgrace(m): 7:17am On Jul 06, 2016
wildQuincy:
I joined my brother in the US over a year ago and observe that he's in a serious relationship with 3 Nigerian girls! All of them have been nice and caring to my brother and also shower me with gifts each time any of them visits. But the problem is my brother has already confided in me whom among them he's going to marry! Infact, serious plans are already on ground to come down to Nigeria by september with one of them to finalize marriage plans!
I really feel quilty for playing along with the other two knowing fully well that my bro isn't going to marry them. They have shown serious commitment in the relationship and I feel as a lady I should just hint them about the whole plan cuz I wouldn't like someone decieving me like that, but I don't want it to seem like I'm betraying my brother. One of them is even around for the weekend and she's not the 'chosen' one! Pls what should I do?
You should consider your brother's safety and wellbeing first. If you hint these ladies, have you considered what may come of your brother? Will you like when someone will pour acid on your brother because he will not marry her? Just leave them. When they hear your brother has made his choice, they'll know how to take care of themselves.

You wont understand until you either totally unemployed, not earning and cant even get little favours from family members. That is when you will have a better picture. If you are able to still stay afloat despite the hardship, thank your God.

The blame game remains the same because you hate the name Buhari
What a shame
undecided
I had read the entire article and i was not expecting anybody to support this evil act solely instituted by Buhari administration against humbled Nigerians. Is it that you are blind or not just sensitive to people's plight? A reknown newspaper house like punch made an on-hand experienced reports on hardship people are passing through all over the country and you are here trying to defend an iddiot president who does not even know a fool like you exists. I would've suggested you go buy sense from the market if it's sold there cos you obviously dont have one. Dont quote me. I can never wish to know an iddiot like you. Unam Ikot.

@topic, we have all seen the unfortunate situation Buhari has thrown us into. And he seems not to even be worried over the hardship on people in the land. The iddiotic president who came into power through deceit still feels ok, flying up and down globally not minding the true situation the citizens are exposed to. Why wont the price of everything in the market skyrocket when wrong economic policies are put in place? If a man whom i know was a very successful importer is now resorting to selling his properties to attend to family needs, then the economy is really biting hard. Those who are not working depended on the few ones in the family who were working. Now those ones have been fired and the entire family thrown into untold hardship. God, in whatever way we had offended you, forgive us and kill Buhari for us for the sake of the other 170m nigerians. Thank You Father for we know You have answered our prayers...amen.

To conceal identity so as to protect the company's reputation. This looks like a premeditated act. May be there is something going on underground which those with ordinary eyes may not see it. Evil men can do anything to make money.
