I sat down and watched the whole " spiritual " thing on facebook. I have some questions though

1) The woman looked so beaten up and after the show she was released to go to her house? I don't get it she was rescued so she can come to the studio and after like 3 days the authenticity can't be verified cause the man said she vanished/died.

2) The host of the program should be sued for molesting a woman by beating her up and if he claims to saving the woman then he ought to have handed her over to the police.

3) She claimed the sosoliso plane crash and like's were caused by them . I have heard several acclaimed people laying claims to this stuffs also. It is just like terrorist trying to claim a Natural disaster as their own. I am sure she started the earthquake in japan.

in fact its very difficult if not impossible for international students now, because only the very top companies are employing and willing to give international students work permits the government has limited the no of work permits available and in order to get a job as an international student you have to be extremely talented and intelligent and no offence but talent should be rewarded in any society regardless of net migration or not

It boils down to the same thing you can blame them for make this strict laws. their children must not suffer at the expense of a talented international student.

Interesting the kind of stuffs that occur in nigeria. How can learned lawyers say the same law applies to the Web and the street. Have you guys heard of identity theft. It could have been somebody else who commented using his profile, his profile could have been hacked, there are numerous reasons for this . Did they ask facebook for the IP from which this comment was made from. In these days where people go to cafes to browse and not log out their account. I have been 'disengaged' from a lady for over two years now after dating her for like 5 yrs. She decided to marry another person cause she thought I was not ready financially and mentally for the marriage. I now reside in the UK and we got in contact again on face-book and started exchanging messages (Just pleasantries) .Of recent she dropped me her phone number and I decided to call her after much rumination. We started gisting and got talking about why she left and said I might not be where I am today if I did not leave her and stuffs.

It is now 3 days now and she want us to talk every day and when we do we discuss the past and the good times we had together (She started the gist). I am wondering if contacting her and discussing issues like this could have a negative impact on her or her relationship.

I like her so much but she is gone and I wouldn't want a broken marriage for her no matter what. I am disturbed hope contacting her can not be disastrous to her or even me.

Thanks guys for the contribution . I quit my Job and I got another as a programmer . I learnt a lot @ this second role with Little to No pressure for the first 2 months. I guess it was more of an environment and shock thing of the first job. I had the MD of my first Job telling me I have my eyes on you on the day he was recruiting I guess that got me edgy too. I don't think it was wrong stopping the relationship in fact you did the right thing but Mr poster correct me if I am wrong you had a motive of living off her in the first place and also saw it as an oppurtunity to stay back in the UK as your visa was running out because why on earth will you marry on a relationship of 1 month plus and forgive the lady so much.

@medoski I fear you oh computer now talk in hexadecimal abi. What hexadecimal calculation are there in transmitting a picture from one computer to another that you understand and no one else can understand. You probably can use wireshark to sniff packets and inject packets what more can you do that is die that doctors can't understand if they have interest.

I am presently studying for a masters in Communication systems in the UK after studying for a Bsc in Physics in naija with a one year stint working as a programmer after NYSC. I am thinking presently of the future How can I be of more use and stand out in this tough market here in the UK or let say I come back to naija what can i do that can make me stand out when searching for a job.

There seems to be a lot of discrimination on foreign degrees nowadays in naija not that I care just saying and I presently don't have any experience in the telecomms field but would like to break in . I presently posses Certs and Knowledge in Java, Sun Solaris and CCNA level networks with some SCJP an SCSA certs to back it up mostly acquired by self study . Any constructive advice would be appreciated.

Medicine will soon be taught @ home with the aid of 3d technologies that can be bought off the shelf. I will like to correct some misconception about IT. Most people that call themselves IT professionals are more of an advanced users of IT infrastructer and not the creator of 'IT '. Imagine having to write the code to implement the windows server 2008 or creating code that implements the ZFS on a solaris box where You have to do some mathematically complex stuff and 'explain' it to the dumb thing in an easy to understand way. IT can be quite complex if you look at the overall system that makes it up. But the job function has been so much abstracted and organised that in 30 yrs it has achieved what other fields could not achieve in a 100yrs. I am Physicst and I can tell u that thanks to IT there wouldn't have been a way to understand huge data coming from the large hadron collider.

Medicine is also an equally difficult subject to master.It takes time to build the momentum but after you start you can run smoothly with little effort. I can tell you this cause my grandfather was a pharmacist and @ 90 yrs of age he can still 'diagonise' and prescribe the drugs to use for an aliment . Try doing that in IT say Programming or even networks . I can tell by the time you are 90 they will be programming with Z# or ErlanDrupal, more elaborate architecture will have sufficed So in IT it is easy to build momentum and become a user. I want to respond to a post that downplayed the Networks as being an easy field. Imagine you are working with google where there are so many clusters serving clients and different people with varied knowledge are also trying to attack your network. Then you will know it is not about CCNP but more about creativity and intelligence.

Medicine is tough. IT is tough. But If you my biased self : I wouldn't study medicine for all the tea in china. I don't like people complaining about their problems to me everyday and showing me their 'internals' I prefer to understand machines and how to protect those babies . Doctors welcome to te digital revolution.

I don't know if anyone has given a goood thought at life. But I have made money for a couple of years and it is quite boring spending it alone.I need a woman to take care of who will in turn take care of me. I need a companion to trust when I am in trouble an there is no one to confide in. I need to go to bed  @ night and wake up in the morning next to a shining star who will reinvigorate me everyday.I want to invest the money I have in bringing up another souls (Kids are lovely by the way). I want to get out of my coding chair and Go play on the fields with my children . pet them when they are angry. Care for them when they are in need. They wrote on my passoprt photocopy that "check back iafter 5 days". I am scared hope there is nothing wrong

Guys a new Update from UkBA If u received your CAS on or after 12th of August then U will have to compulsorly pass TOEFL or IELTS they call it Secured Englist Test.

Just wise I don't know how I can make the sealed transcript . Transcript basically take about 1 month in my school to processes and now August is here . Have u heard of cases where people are rejected based on transcripts not being sealed.

My transcript is not addressed to anybody and it is authentic. What do u think. why would my old transcript not fly? just curious? Concerning the account I deposited the sum of 1m in one day and deposited the others in succession .Hope They will not ask why 1m was depossited in just one day?

I have a transcript from school which I collected by having them post it to my friends company.Now i want to apply to BHC , it is a valid transcript though. Can I use this transcript or I have to order for a new one addressed to BHC sealed an it take like a month in my school, I am scared.

Also I deposited money in my in sucession for maintainance and have not made withdrawls on that account since it was opened do u think this will affect my application. Since I heard someone say they want transaction on the account.

Discuss with your fiancee If she really loves you she will stay for you .I agree with having a small wedding so that she can be at rest. I don't agree with having an online certificate . Most people advice u have a Degree certificate mentality Don't fall into that Nigeria mentality Go for Knowledge, have it and you can compete globally with anyone. When u attend the university you create networks of friend which is Instrumental to your growth.
Don't let ur thinking u might end up working for NASA with that degree but the 10yrs experience here with all the certification you can't work in NASA and sorts .

You don't actually need certification You need Knowledge. Certification are dumps and people know that. Don't let The phd(Pull Him Down) here pull u down.

I would suggest you go for electronic and communication though check the course content . Is it more academically oriented or industry oriented . Some electronic and communication will teach you all the mathematics and theoretical tings good if u are going for a PHD while some will give u what u need for the industry.

I am a Bsc graduate of Physics with some IT Knowledge. I have been interested in doing Unix and Network administration ever since I left secondary school.I am presently a .net developer (Microsoft) I am getting frustrated with not getting a job as a UNIX admin or UNIX helpdesk support. I have searched looked around for and bombarded company  with mails just to get  a UNIX .I love to program just not front end back end programming .I love scripting in python and perl  doing some logic not interacting with database and presenting to users kind of thing.

I am wondering those of you out there who are unix administrator How did u get a first UNIX jobs How do I go about it .My dream is dying daily and I am getting more and more frustrated presently I am wrote my first Sun Solaris System Admin 1 exams  and planning to write 2 but I need a place to pratice I need a company I don't care about the price just as far as it is Unix  role I am ready to go to the end of the world. Please some advice is needed what do I do? 

Hi, Being a physics graduate even open u up to opportunity after school in case you change ur mind. I was in ur situation 6yrs ago and I opted for physics. Presently I w ork as a software developer I am not teaching and am working on my Msc in Telecommunication even with a physics degree. I can go into Nanotechnology later if I like but an electrical engineer can't . If you ask me I will say stick with physics
