You are right mate.

Cut off all source of financial incomes and sponsor's and BHT activities will be paralyzed. Our security outfit are doing a nice job, yet more is excepted from them. They just av to step up there game and be more proactive.
[/quote]This is another headache the security agencies would have to deal with if they are to bring BH down to its knees. Imagine the amount of funds that would be available to the terror organisation if those cattles were successfully sold. Every channel of sourcing funds must be blocked to cripple their financial activities. Take away their financial wherewithal and lets see how they would effectively prosecute this war.
I believe the security agencies are up to the task. They need to be creative and very decisive.

Is it possible that the EFCC is involved in this war in the NE especially Maiduguri. To curb the inflow of BH finances, restrictions should be placed on amount of cash that can be moved around and a go.
Electronic payments should be encouraged for those who make large volume trades across the region.
That way, the agencies can effectively monitor individuals and elements involved in financing BH war machinery.

Pidggin:
Edo is not part of SS, it is more of SW. They share a lot of similarities to the south western region especially in aspects of culture and religion. I am a Geographer.
What has South-South got to do with geography? You are an embarrassment to geography. Of all the states in Nigeria, no one has as many diverse geographical attributes as Edo state.
Its culture, language and depth of intellectual, geophysical diversity is unique in every sense. A people of freewill who know when and how to discern between good and evil.

The election has come and gone and the people of Edo state are to sophisticated to be stuck in the politics of waste and bitterness.
For all we care, PDP and APC are just political expressions that mean nothing to our continuous existence.
The next four years is just around the bend, let the opposition parties prepare theirselves to woo the Edo voters.
If anyone thinks an average Edo man will be sucked into the political nonsense that has engulfed other regions, then think again.
Edolites are too matured, independent minded and sophisticated to be hoodwinked by political hogwash.
With or without PDP and APC, we move on with our lives.
For regions, who will rather shed innocent bloods and souls for the sake of something as worthless as Nigerian politics, please keep it away from Edo state.

TROOPS ARREST BOKO TERRORISTS AT CATTLE MARKET

On Wednesday morning at the cattle market, Maiduguri, Borno State, troops of Operation LAFIYA DOLE with assistance of Civilian JTF, arrested 3 suspected members of the Boko Haram terrorists group.

The suspects include Abba Go Dallagio, Abba Fanned and Alhaji Nwariye. During preliminary investigation they claimed that they entered into Maiduguri through Mafa with about 200 cows for sale at Maiduguri cattle market.

The suspects further stated that they are part of logistics elements of the Boko Haram terrorists group that assist in selling cows for the insurgents.

They further added that proceeds are remitted to the terrorists to fund their nefarious activities. So far, troops have identified and isolated 23 cows at the cattle market.

Similarly, one of their agent and spy at the market, Alhaji Ajid Umar, has also been arrested. A total of 170 cows were isolated in connection with him. All the suspects are in undergoing preliminary investigation.

Thank you for your kind cooperation.

Properties › Thunder Arrestor/Lightning Arrestor Installation in LAGOS, ABUJA(pics) by persius555(op):
It is estimated that lightning strikes 100 million times each day, each generating at least 1 billion Volts of electricity. That is enough to power 100 watts of bulb for three months.
Enough to fry electronic equipments like high powered TV Antennas, Wireless Telecom Equipments, Plasma TV, CCtv DVR, Microwave oven etc.
Though, there are less 20 percent chances of a lightning having full impact each time a strike occurs. Despite this, it takes a poorly electrically grounded installation of a building and presence of highly conductive material attached to building to expose it to lightning attack.
Few cases of indoor lightning cases that resulted to death or near death have been on the increase. Many reasons such as the use of poorly qualified electricians and increase in the use of more electronic device that require proper grounding can be adduced to this.

With the installation of a lightning arrestor, the building can be made lightning proof. Lightning arresters typically have a high voltage and grounding terminal. High current generated due to lightning surge are diverted through the arrestor into the earth instead of through the building in its absence.

Attached are pictures of recent lightning arrrestor installations in all parts of Nigeria including Lagos, Awka, Enugu and the FCT Abuja, which has a high altitude and is very much above average national sea level. A natural location for frequent lightning occurrence.

Contact Us for your Lightning Arrestor installation, anywhere in Nigeria. Whether your building is existing or under construction.

WhatsApp or call 08166894416.

Politics › Re: INEC Announces Results Of Edo Governorship Election: Live Updates by persius555(m): 11:56am On Sep 29, 2016
nairagreatman:
The results speak for themselves. The difference is clear between PDP's years of misrule in Edo and APC's years under Oshiemole. The paper tigers gave APC no chance just because of the national hardship we are facing now.

Nigerians should know that today's hardship does not mean PDP was or will be a better option.Let us not , like the Israelites , wish to return to Egypt that we cried to get out from.

Ize Iyamu is lucky that the present hardship misinformed many Edo people into voting PDP, else the margin would have been very disgraceful. Thoughtful Nigerians know that the challenges of the day does not mean we should allow PDP to exploit it and manipulate itself to power again. It is enough that trillions on naira of our wealth was wasted in 16 years with nothing to show for it , not even power, or one new refinary.

Today's hardship does not mean PDP should be allowed to play the saint. It will be pot calling the kettle black.
I share your view but this APC party must get his acts together and fix the dying economy for heavens sake. In the next election, they might not be so lucky. Moreover, this election is still inconclusive and too early to judge.

I was in edo last week and i saw a relatively upgraded state far better than how PDP left it some year back, but then it still a far cry from what a developing state should be.
I was impressed with the ubiquitose road signs that litter the entire benin city highways. Like i said, there is more to be done by whichever candidate emerges winner in this election. My people are too learned and well informed to choose based on political sentiment that currently pervades the country.

The Yorubas and Igbos are the problem with Nigeria. The day the two tribes sit and agree on a political direction, that will put the Northern elements in its rightful place. Only then will this country will move forward.

The North will always betray the South, irrespective of tribe.

Simply enable NAT under your settings tab in virtual box. Make sure the two adapters are enabled I.e local host and virtual box.
If you are having issues, simply log into your Kali Linux and do#ifconfig
You should have two interfaces up and if you dont , go to etc/network/interface in your root folder and enable.

Govt is not giving enough support to this sector. There are too many limiting factors. Bureaucracy, favouritism, nepotism, misplaced priorities and dearth of computer science knowledge in our higher institutions.
Russia, china , Poland etc all have govt support and backings. Here, we have people who would rather play limbo politics than give the youths the necessary support.
Nigerians should please stop competing with tiny African neighbours. The world is ours to conquer.

We destroyedestroyed all that we had as a country. We brought in selfish and mindless leaders who never meant well for Nigeria.
I do not weep for this generation but the upcoming generation who have no foundation to build on.
It is so so sad cry cry. We never had plans for the future.
Now, we are too scared to start afresh, that is if we know where to start from. I cannot blame the leaders without blaming us as a people.

We allowed this rot upon ourselves.
