Access bank charges:

1. 0.5% of whatever amount you transfer..in your own case, €52.13

2. €20 - Offshore charge

3. €20 - swift**

4. 5% of 1 - 3 above - 5% of €(52.13+20+20) = €4.61

Your total charge was €96.74..so €96.74×bank exchange rate for that day..

**I was later charged €13..i transferred €8829

You can transfer the whole €10,425 at once to your BA but you can NOT deposit the whole €10,425 at once into your DORM account in access bank cos of the daily deposit limit. So I guess you were advised to deposit into your dorm account twice, when you have the whole BA amount in your dorm account, tranfer to your BA..shikena

This was what happened. My account officer misled me.

I wanted to open a dorm account but didn't have references immediately. He asked me to open a 'savings dorm' account, with €500 euro minimum balance which I could later migrate to a 'current dorm', with €1 minimum balance, after providing references. I deposited €8k euros that day and got my references 2 days after and the story changed - they were unable to migrate my account. So they opened a new 'current dorm' for me and said they'd move my funds to the new account without charges, thereby closing my 'savings dorm'.

Na so I leave bank after filling the necessary forms. Before I got home, they had moved my funds but not for free. They charged me €40 cos I moved €8k. I eventually got €7960 in the new account. On getting to the bank today, the staff said I was charged for the transfer. Any outflow from the account locally attracts 0.5% of the amount you're moving/withdrawing. Mine was even Access to Access fah.

So i guess my response to the guy that was contemplating withdrawing his funds is clearer now. If he withdraws, they will charge him.

Bros pls kindly clarify, this is not quite clear. 0.5% of whatever you withdraw in which class of account abeg. Are you withdrawing money again after you have transferred money to your German block account or what. Please let's understand what you are saying

Access bank will charge you 0.5% of whatever amount you withdraw. I fell victim just yesterday.

Bro please jettison it as you said. Once your mind doubts it then don't do it. Especially when it has to do with money. I'm not saying coracle isn't real but at the same time I can't vouch for the very source of the mail you got from them. So please just do fintiba and relax. Fintiba is quite fast and OK. The main thing is that your funds are secure..

Someone went inside my ceiling and fumigated as i was advised. I left the house for sometime cuz of the odor.
Someone also advised i should get dried grinded bitter cola and Spread it all over the ceiling, thing was done as well.
Heard no more movement in my ceiling. The snake probably slithered away from my home.

These are what i did.

You can put electric barbed wire or broken glass bottles on your fence. This will keep them off.

Please I have a few questions for those that have used Coracle so far..or anyone that has the answers to my questions.

1. For those that used Coracle, did you transfer your funds to a recipient that's not you but only quoted your reference text in the transfer??

2. If you applied for the health insurance and got your document, did you tender your insurance document at the embassy??

3. For 2 above, did you check the 'yes' box in item 13 of the visa application form where the German health insurance question is??

Please, where/how can I get the sample questions??

i took it last year. basically similar questions from the sample and some surprise question. we did it in ibadan. also the questions are much and the time per question is quite short. Also dont be shy to ask the invigilator if you can work together because he told us after the test that we shouyld have asked. Goodluck

AM is Approval Mail..it simply means that your visa application has been approved and you're to present your international passport for your visa sticker and also come forward with your proof of sustenance and travel insurance..

In short, your visa comes out after you must have presented proof that you have the required money in your blocked account.
