Free education at all levels. From primary to the university, no matter how flawed the implementation is, the fact is he is the only governor that deem it fit to implement such a laudable initiate but am surprised that is exactly what he is being criticized for.

Please tell me as every initiate by Obiano been flawless ? PDP supporters should let us hear word concerning Okorocha whatever flaws associated with the implementation of his free education let the next administration deal with it.
