It's more than serious. Civil servants in Abia state are really suffering. Only God knows what the Governor does with Abia money. The unfortunate thing is that my people down here won't talk about their plight but they busy them selves insulting and talking about PMB who gives the Governor his monthly allocations, bailout funds and Paris Club money.
