This situation reminds me of when the republican establishment didn’t want to hand trump the nomination, but they had no choice, because trump would have ran as independent, and loose maybe, but definitely ruin the republican chances. Again nigeria has not got a healthy society, reason why nothing works. I gave up a long time ago. If Ambode looses the primary, he should go to another party, its his right to run, and up to the electorates to decide.

Who has the direct email address to the Canadian embassy, not vsf global, I want to express my dissatisfaction with them in a letter, my refusal letter is dated 23/2/18, that is to say they already reach a decision on or B4 that date. My appointment was for 6th March, but instead of notifying me so I can cancel my appointment, they held on to my passport for another one month. There by making me look irresponsible to my prospective client. Not just that they returned only my passport and kept all my supporting documents for themselves, I know the letters are addressed to them, but not my company documents and marriage and children's birth certificate, and in their letter they want me to reapply and pay yet another round of fees. NO I WILL NOT. Will look to visit the UK or us instead. I just need them to send me back my documents. That's all. If anyone has their direct email address, please pass it. Thanks

Just got my passport back, Denied second time, this time the reason is travel history, and purpose of visit, it's a virgin passport. Am done with them. Will look for my business opportunities elsewhere. Nonsense

I always tell young girls. Think very well about having a baby with any man, seek answers from the supposed father, the child you are bringing into this world will have emotions, and views or opinions, will he like the arrangements you are bringing him/her into? Will the father stay? It's hard being a single mom, it's even harder for the child to deal with what comes from these relationships, often times the fault is the from the women, trying unsuccessfully to trap a man she wants, but does the man want same?
Then they go on to lie to the children how heartless their fathers are. A CHILD is a lifetime project. Think it through. There should be mutual agreement B4 bringing them into your fantasies. MY TAKE

I have a thought I would like to share, I think the methods VO's use in visa application assessment are far from perfect, or they are not following them at all. It could be that getting a Visa could just be another 1/2 probability gamble. I say this because I have seen far less qualified people get approved and people who I know to meet these requirements get denied. And this happens across embassies, and it has led some naive people to seek the services of visa racketeers, a family friend who is a naira billionaire, with a construction company, married with four kids was denied visa to Germany when he wanted to shop for earth moving equipments on the ground That he had no travel history. Ironically that same VO will approve an application for someone with fake visa stamps and travel history. My friend could damn have a travel history to 20 countries if he wanted to, but he probably never had a reason to travel. The US embassy is worst in this regards. I am not advocating for Visa racketeers. But the truth is most times the visa's go to the very people the system was designed to keep out.

looks like they are taking forever to process visa's now, my last paper application came back negative in less than 3 weeks, my reapplication is 35 days now, no response. Things might have reverted to the 90 days era

It's like paper route Canada TRV takes long now oh, my hotel bookings are being cancel, received email yesterday, because I refused to pay a non refundable deposit, cause I needed to be sure of my Visa first, flight booking is for 21st if all the bookings get cancelled and the embassy has not concluded on my application, doesn't that translate to a refusal?

I agree it is depressing to get a Visa rejection when your intentions are genuine but turning to fake documents vendors in desperation is not the best. You either wait for your your circumstances to improve or try as much as you can to convince the VO, in the long run, the VO's just want to see some honesty and consistency. Their job is to protect their society and government from the dangers posed by economic refugees and criminals. Try to find out the requirements and see it you meet them. Jobless, single, never traveled people get visa's everyday. Why do fake documents

Good day house, I decided to reapply again for a Canadian TRV on 21 January, to meet with and negotiate with my prospective business partners, I was denied last year with purpose of visit and personal assets, travel history as the reasons, so this time I include 2 land documents, my car document, and a meeting confirmation letter from one of my prospective partners, I also printed out our email exchange and attached to the application, but some days back I noticed a mistake on my form, the area where you are asked if you've been denied visa, or entery or permit was ticked NO wrongly, although I stated in my application letter that I had applied before quoting the date and application number, I also attached the refusal letter. My question to the gurrus in the house is, are my chances improved? And will I be baned for misrepresentation even as I stated my history in the letters and included the refusal letter ?

thanks, yesterday I got meeting confirmation letter, from one of my prospective suppliers I will also put in a good intenary, showing details of places I will be visiting, dates hotel and flight booking, but if they mess my plans up again it will be very painfull, hate the feeling of rejection and helplessness,

dear Peterpan231, if Canada is your choice and its a business venture, why not try again. you cant just look elsewhere and one year is enough time for an individual's circumstances to change significantly. but to be honest, as a business man from Nigeria, Canada is usaually not a choice destination and the VOs know that so the onus is on you.

firstly, unlike the UK ECOs, Canadian VOs are really not very interested in your money. finances are looked at when all major factors are met. my guess. so this application has to be intellectual and make sense.

secondly, if this is a business trip, why are you traveling with the entire family? a VO may wonder. did you explain why? also, you applied with your children during october (when schools are in session), if they have been enrolled, did you explain the plans you have made to take them out of school in your travel period? have you traveled for any business trip and showed evidence of that? you mentioned you were to meet suppliers, was there any evidence of maybe prior communication with them? my point is simple, it is your responsibility to overwhelm a VO with relevant documentation to support your case.

my advice, should you consider it, is to first apply for your GCMS notes to understand your refusal in full before you commit some more money and do bear in mind that when a whole family is making an application, by default, the VO assumes you plan to illegally migrate. so the onus is then on you to convince the VO, beyond any reasonable doubt, that visit is temporary and you shall return to Nigeria. best of luck

thanks for your advice, how ever I never intended to travel with my family, just me alone, and my reason was truly to as pursue business opportunities, I will put together another application, and do my best to address all the requirements, if they deny again, well I cant keep giving my money, and getting excuses, thanks

House i have a problem I can't seems to get my head across, i am a married man 30 year old with 2 infant kids, I have well establish businesses and make enough mmoney. I applied for a Canadian TRV October laster year, but was denied sitting travel history, financial status and purpose of visit, we it rejection is my fault, because I didn't include any asset documents in the application. So now I want to reapply, with my land and car documents included, my problem however is I don't have any invitation letters to back my purpose of visit, my through intentions are to meet with suppliers of used mobile phones and used car tires with is the reason I stated in the previous application, please can any one advise me or do I just forget about Canada and look elsewhere ?

So I have always read through threads on this topic and wondered who's argument is correct, some say there's no was to make money through fetish means, some say it's real, I have always leaned to the sceptic group, even though I have been close to at least 5 people who are not even smart enough to write an application letter but yet make hundreds of millions annually from internet fraud. Just last night I got news about the death of a G-boy in that used to live close by, he travel to Ghana about 4 years ago, came back almost immediately and has been in stupendous money since then, he tried to marry a girl always from the neighborhood, but the girls mother refused, the girls mother worships marine spirits (igbe) she later said he daughter will die if she went ahead to marry him, and that's why she refused, so later on Mr G-boy opted for another girl also from around here, and Dates where fixed, cards printed and we where all looking forward to the day, suddenly the girl called it off. Mind you he already had two buildings in separate location, bought cars and bought a Highlander for the father which the old man kept in the garage and refused to drive, the father repairs electronics and that's where the buy used to work. So last night news came date the vomited till his death and his vomit had Margot in it. This is just one of the cases I have seen here there is another closer friend who's younger brother died saying someone was killing him for money, and as I type this my old friend is swimming in money, he is also a Ghana returnee, I don't understand these things, is it coincidence or are people really going this far for money?
