This is kinda interesting. I will advice that a good lawyer is needed. Also I understand fully well that an old tenant in a different flat cannot on her own decide to move into another one in that same compound. My reasons are these : where did she get the key to enter into the house, because people don't actually move into houses even when on renovation without keys. The landlord must have been aware hence I think something fishy happened and your husband is left in a loop hole. The landlord and the lawyer can be sued citing the fact that the house paid for was taking by another person. So I will advice you to get a good lawyer not one who is just interested in savory some cash explain carefully to him in detail and let him give you his opinions and he will let you know what is best

To say the truth when i saw this video, it was not complete now seeing it on nairaland i am shell shocked. After getting a job and trying to ignore My husband'S cheating and other cruel characters towards me, he cheats with a female church member and promises her that he will marry her as a second wife.

After much talking which could not bring any positive results, I decided to let them be And mind my own business. He still enters my room when he feels like doing it with me. Now it happens that am 2Months pregnant after 5 kids. I told him about it he was happy at that given time. I then thought that maybe he will change this time to become a better father.

On Sunday while the morning prayer was going on, I couldn't stand up because I have started showing signs of pregnancy. I was feeling very anemic so I decided to sit down. My husband came out and stopped the prayer and started saying that I sat down because I wanted to show his mistress that am pregnant and that am doing drama for her mistress, something that I have never thought of doing. He started calling me all sorts of names all to calm the mistress down incase she notices that am pregnant. All to show the mistress that he is not happy with me being pregnant. All to make me feel bad and not happy of my condition.

While the congregation and the mistress were watching and laughing. When I couldn't take it anymore, I decided to walkout of the church. one of his workers ran after me and forcefully drew me back which left a mark on my neck. His claim is that I shouldn't move out while his pastor is talking. I pushed him out of my way, he slapped me inside church while my hubby watch. with the little strength in me I fight back and leave the church premises. I was so hurt that I want to revenge on my husband and his worker. how will I be proud of this pregnant now that he has said in his congregation that all am doing is noting but a show how painful. how do I pay him back.I really wish the worst on them now.God help me that I didn't do something unlawful to them.

Give us the name of this Satanic Church that allows a married man to openly profess love to another woman and that forcefully drags one back even when one is not interested. Please provide the name and address and let's us do the investigation and the church will be shut down. if you are right.

I have been thinking if i should do this or not after i read how a lady got scammed while trying to get a job somewhere in rivers state. First of all i am not writing this because i feel like i should but because i believe it will help someone out and also save someone somewhere from getting scammed also. My story :

I finished my NYSC Program last year 2015 around August. I was very happy and thankful to God that i just ended a stressful and i would have said a wasted one year of my year if not that i enjoyed football a lot at the Army Cantonment, Ikeja where we usually have our training and some matches every Friday. I was among the 2014 Batch B corp members who just rounded up in Lagos. I remember that faithful day that i was home when i received a message from a supposed friend who also claim to have finished the NYSC Program with us. The msg read if i remember vividly "I have been trying to reach you with my name in quote, I will call you later to talk to you as i have a job for you. I was like will a friend remember me just like this. I was anxious to hear from him as my whole heart was on jolly mode. So when his call eventually came he mentioned my name saying (e.g Micheal blah blah) have you gotten a job yet and i replied No i have not, Then i asked him i don't remember you that well and then he said Micheal why can't you remember me and i said forgive my manners but i know a lot of people from the NYSC Program and he said Micheal there is a job in Rivers state and it is an oil job, na so my mind fly say an oil job and he said yes. My uncle has already helped me with mine and that he made some payment to get the job and that he will like me to do the job if i can. I was joyous and said yes why not. Then he said regarding how i can remember him that i should check the eko corpers magazine which was giving to us in camp on our passing out day. He provided me with his state code so i told him i was going to call him back that i needed to confirm he said no problem. I went to my box and took out the eko Corpers book and all the information corresponded as he had provided except that the number he was using was not the number in the book and also the number in the book was missing a digit. But i never bothered i called him back and told him i have seen him and he asked me if i could remember him and i said not sure but that does not really matter and then he said Okay, that he was in a meeting and that he will call me as soon as he is through. I waited in a joyous mode, after like 30 minutes i received his call, he said i will need to pay 30k for registration for the form for the oil firm, and i agreed he said he will send me his uncle account details so i can pay the money into it. I agreed when my elder brother came home i could not hide the feeling and i told him, he said something to me, that it is good o but you know micheal you grew up in Lagos you know how scam is so be careful, i remember i also told my father and he was happy. But lo and behold. When he called back and said if i was ready i said yes but i won't be able to do a transfer i would like to come over to Rivers state and meet you in person and give you the money, that was what broke the carmel back.. the guy said no oo that i don't need to come over that before i get there it will be too late and so many other talk. i already took my stand. I either see you in person or no deal. The rest was history.

My advice to everyone is that, Please don't get carried away by the sound of job. Because that is the first step to their scam. Secondly that day after i had a re-think about the whole issue, i knew anyone could have gotten the eko corpers magazine from anywhere and thirdly The information the guy gave me was absolutely correct except for one flaw. The cell phone number attached to the state code (LA/14B/----) was missing a digit.. so i put two to two together and Noticed it was the best way to fraud Fresh NYSC Outgoing members..

I hope this gets to everyone and save a million souls from being scammed, Outside from my story i believe there are other ways they perpetrate their scam but Nemesis will catch up with those morons who claim they are smart.

The history between your family runs too deep for everyone to be playing ignorance. surnames have been mentioned and i believe your parents have met with the girls parents. They all know themselves and i assume the girl's parents must have told her certain things too. If they don't, a nosey relation must have told her and the girl would have told your brother in turn. Love does funny things to people. Your brother that has sworn to fight for your family will grow soft once he learns its wife to be family that caused the heartache for your parents. Yes, that's what love can do. It turns man to mumu.

Don't make everlasting enemy with your blood brother. You will miss out on alot. If your parents who were most hurt can forgive, WHO ARE YOU to hold it against them. I am a banker. I was working in bank X before i joined bank Y. I had wonderful experiences in bank X. I decided to join bank Y so as to have experience there too. But ever since I joined bank Y, it has been disaster working there from the very first day I entered there. The manager has been tormenting me from the very first day he sighted me. I dont know if we have struggled for a babe b4, i just dnt knw. I am a permanent staff but this man treats me like a cleaner. The time for us to be in the office is latest 7.20am but in my first week there, i came to work by 7.17am and this man was shoutn and embarrasing me outside the bank where customers queues up to withdraw from the atm. Dat was my first bitter encounter wit him. I was brought to the branch as Funds Transfer Officer but it took this manager a full month to create me as FTO. On my Third day on the job, He connived with another bad colleague and they pushed me to the atm as ATM Custodian. This I was doing with tears because this man was just making life unbearable for me by threatening me all the time. All the jobs in the branch was given to me to do except FTO jobs. He refused creatn me and even wen i was later created, he still refuse i work as FTO. Theres sometn called cashdrop box, and its meant for contract staff to work there but this man forced me to work there for even upto a month combined with atm custodian and other cash jobs while the other bad colleague walks around pressing fones and chattn. Later in November, the Area Manager visited and said i should be returned as FTO. Ever since then, this manager will pack other peoples job on me and be embarassing me in front of customers when I dnt finish them. Whenever I tried to complain, he will start shoutn and insultn me in front of customers. This has been happening for upto 5months now. I joined this particular bank in late August and by middle of september, 6 staff angrily left the branch because of this manager and his accomplices. By tomoro, another staff is leavn becos of constant quarell wit manager. The branch has been under wicked rule by this manager and the other bad colleague. For the past 5months I have been here, its been hell. I have reduced drastically in size. Even size 30 trousers are very loose on waist now becos of so much thinkn, insults and harrasments from this man.
I have planned to resign at the end of the month becos of the evil torture of this man and the other bad colleague. Please I need matured advices becos i am almost like a walking corpse. Each week i feel sick here. One sickness or the other.
Any day i remember i will go to dat office, my mind will be filled with sadness becos theres no single day this same man will nt harrass me.

Pls mods help me. I need advices and i have made up my mind to leavn here becos each day i see this man and the other bad man, i feel like shooting them to death becos as i speak nw, the other bad man does nothn in the branch. He only snaps pics,chat and walk around. He comes to work by 7.45am and the manager will nt say a word!

Original owner you say. Do you remember that it was the man's brother that sold the house to them. The only thing here is that some people just have money and will all know what lawyers are capable of, if you read well you will see where the father wanted to appeal but he was told to use the money to rent an apartment so he can stay in that. I hope you know the Original owner of the property is dead(The Father of the supposed iNLAW) he is the only one that knows what his will says and as they say dead people can't testify with regards to the brother of the inlaw.. see analyze well and be neutral.
