I sat for the GRE exam last year and I had a score of 291. I applied for a civil engineering course in one of d universities in the us but they denied me an admission because of the low score. please fellow nairalanders which school in the us can give me an admission with this score of mine.

So I came back to Nigeria, Benue state(makurdi) to be precise. And I've been in town since the 23rd Dec and the way we have had light for the past few weeks is amazing and up until now the light has been constant, so is it fair to say the CHANGE is actually on its way or is it just in my area, I will be leaving for the US in two days time so I want to know what to tell me friends over there. So the question is how is light in your area??

Last year September, My mum searched severally for a new house-help that would suit us.
We got a few, and they always leave after a week, claiming that our house was boring, and there was no one on the streets or around to relate with, etc... (B'cos we live in an
Estate and i'm the only one in my compound. Everything required in the house is bought in bulk in stores, so no one
has any reason to go out except school, church, work, etc)...
I knew their problem was that they couldn't do 'runs' with anyone, and i no de give them face.
All the house-helps we got were all matured in their early 20's and very sumptuous.
Finally in December 2015, we got a young 20 year old girl.
The first time i saw her, i was furious because she was stinking. I walked into the sitting room and everywhere was stinking and i got really pissed.
Over the weeks, my mum noticed it too & cleaned her up, made her shave, bought medicated soap, roll-on, cologne, cream, etc for her and ensures she bathes at least twice a day.
One day, i walked into the kitchen and i saw her in a Bum-Short, fitted with a nice top and washing plates. I was amazed at the transformation that had happened over a few weeks.
I began to notice her around the house. She has a figure-8 shape, has a nice ass, hips and firm breasts. She doesn't wear bra at night after taking her bath, (Yes, i noticed, b'cos i've peeped into her dress/blouse severally).
Now when she walks around the house, i have to hold myself.
Am trying to avoid making advances at her. As randy as i am, i've never made passes at any of our house-helps.. (Am sure we've had like 10 of them, beautiful and young).
But now this girl, she's scarred of me and respects me because i don't talk to her at all in the house.
But each time i see her hips, butt, bust or cute face, (her breasts are still very firm), I get confused.

Wait a sec, this was a public voted award (basically Viewers' Choice)? Olamide, my dear boy, you mess up-o...big time. It's not the organiser's fault, you didn't rally enough fans and/or votes with the corporate begging or street teams. So in reality, he's blaming the fans for not voting for his guy. Don Jazzy was not exactly better - two wrongs don't make a right, but I'll not lie, Don Jazzy's response had me hollering. It was a precision strike with minimal effort.

aiit...was chatting with my bf earlier this evening, den he went offline...later on I decided to call him...his nos where off...few mins later he came bck online I den asked him...he said he was using his sisters sim, and he does nt av card, so I told him to send me callme bck, he said I should nt call...that if I do his data will disconnect...after asking severely he sent d call me bck, some mins later he went offline again, I decided to call d number with my mums fone, another guy picked up d fone, I went bck online nd asked him...cus he said it was his sis fone, he then said d fone is for his friend...a guy, and am like was it nt ur sis fone u were using to browse...we started arguing and all...he den blocked me, I den sent him a msg never to unblock me in his life again...he called severely I did nt pick, wen I picked he started askin wat he did wrong dat he was sorry...but seriously I was really confused...later he said he was coming over..I stay with my mum....nd it was really late around to 10...I told him nt to...but he refused...he came...we could nt talk much cus my mum called nd asked where I was..wat exactly should I do.....am really confused...less I forget he said it was his friend that blocked me...

I met this girl sometime ago and we started seeing each other (as in no strings attached just for the benefits). She happens to be a client of ours.
It was my colleague who actually told me she's available (as in not attached) so I took my chances .
After a while, I started seeing her with my colleague (as in she coming to see him in the office). I confronted her and she said there's nothing between them. All these while my friend never mentioned there was something going on between them. All he kept saying was that the girl would be good on bed. I couldn't tell him about the girl and I cos she's Hausa and a muslim while I'm not Hausa and a Christian. I feel he may lash at her and discourage her from continuing with me which may even endanger her.
I was shocked when one day he told me of his escapades with the girl and how the girl got involved in a duel with his other girl who he's planning on getting married to.
I have no long-term intention with this girl so also does my colleague. But I feel I should tell him before he finds out or what do you think my fellow nairalanders?

USPS (United States Postal Service) And NIPOST Package Delivery Problems

This is apparently the second time i am loosing package sent from USA through USPS to NIPOST i don't know why nipost a national carrier can't bring you package to your doorstep when DHL and others can i regret making her use the cheap stupid USPS package delivery arrangement she sent me the tracking number the package only tracks within US but even when it eventually gets to Nigeria it never gets delivered to your home is it that you have to go to NIPOST to collect it or how first i loosed a Laptop now i am about to loose my Sony PSP console with any idea on what i can do to retrieve all my packages please holla back at me-please call which ever goes through they both my numbers or mail me -i would really like to know if i should go to NIPOST office and which of their office because currently i live in OLODI-APAPA in LAGOS. thanks for your kindly and brotherly support and advice in advance.

I have already contributed my piece on a similar topic. Anyway i bought a TV camera in New York (B&H) and asked if they shipped to Nigeria as i was returning to London and so couldn't take the camera with me.
The guy said oh Sure and gave me 4 couriers. FedEx, DHL, UPS and GLOBAL MAIL EXPRESS. Nothing suggested that the so called Global Mail Express was another name for USPS. I chose Global Mail Express. The difference between them and FedEx was around $100. I paid and after getting back to london, i tried to track the item. It was then i realised that Global mail Express was another arm of USPS.
My people, the moment i realised they delivered through NIPOST, my beards went white from worry.
I quickly organised a 40 day fast with a continuation clause to carry on fasting until the item arrived lagos.
My phone bill went up as i called USPS every other day. There was no need to check whether my blood pressure went up around the time. Why state the obvious?
Finally the same God who saved Daniel from the lion's den came to me inside NIPOST's cage and delivered me and the camera to Lagos.

I have sworn not to go near USPS or NIPOST again.
Strangely when i have sent stuff by recorded delivery frm the UK, Its reached Nigeria without probs.

Global Mail Express is through USPS but it actually does not get delivered by NIPOST but by FedEx... I just gave you a clue

Some months ago, she was ambushed by a group of cultists on her way back from her friend's house (by 9:25pm), They dragged her forcefully to the thick bush where they hold their meetings and remove everything called clothes on her body. in the course of the forceful drag, she sustained bruises and some Injuries that left scars on her skin up till now. According to her, she was begging them to spare her life and let her go. They gave deaf ears to her profuse pleas and tried to take turns and rape her.
Luckily for her, she was on her period and that discouraged them. even at that, she said one of the cultist insisted he was going to have sex with her whether she is bleeding or not (as blood could be seen dripping down her thighs). In tears, she continued begging. The group leader then pierced her palm with a sharp object and sucked the blood that dripped out from the cut, he told her never to tell anyone what had happened in school else she will die. they took her undies and only gave her the gown to wear. In the deep of night, she walked home alone in tears and shiver from the bush path. she wasn't raped because she was on her period.


Now, the problem is, we met this break period and I tried to touched her. (not an attempt at sex. she is a virgin, we haven't had sex since we started dating) I tried to kiss her, but she started shivering, I held her close but she was so insensitive. I asked her what the problem was, she said as I held her, her memory went back to that experience she had and that she doesn't feel anything.
