Oga, there is nothing special about Ajimobi's government. It was a mediocre government. It's very easy for some of you to sit down in developed countries and be hailing some politicians, tell that to those with poor health care in oke ogun, tell secondary school students that he is the best thing after slice bread in Oyo state, telllaitech student who went on strike for a whole year that he is the best thing that ever happened to laitech. Tell people in Oyo, ogbomoso, saki etc that his uncompleted roads have killed and rendered many handicapped that he is the best thing in the history of the state.

This non-proactive, senseless Governor is useless and hopeless.

Do you expect a sane, responsible young leader of Makinde's age to organise a political rally that has thousands of people squeezed in an event centre with other thousands of helpless masses seen densely thronging in the open space around the venue.

Many of their guests, including the musician, are returnees from the high risk countries. Oyo State is not prepare for the pandemic. Going through his press release on Fridày he only accepted responsibility for the stupidity, with promises that the COVID-19 task force would get things ready in the next 72 hours. He did not outrightly ban social and religious gatherings stating religious leaders are at liberty to employ preventive measure.

Would a sensible governor leave serious matter like this to the initiatives of religious or social leaders, or simply give stern instructions with serious penalties for violators?
