I'm so darn sick & tired of this IPod yoots claims of Jewish heritage because of Eri...I don't understand if by that Jewish crap they are trying to pull the sympathy of the international community. I am very sure that the Israelis (the real Jews) would be laughing so darn hard at this bloody blacka$$ IPod kid's.

MayorofLagos:
Justice Binta is very crafty. Notice she did not say a person of Israel, which would ordinarily carry a narrow interpretation on the basis of citizenship of the nation of Israel; instead, the demand is broadened to the global population. She invoked a requisite of legitimacy for Judaism.

In a time after which both England and France declared to world press Biafra will not be allowed, which well known Jewish leader will now come forward to rescue Kanu, without first obtaining Kanu's commitment to distance himself and dissociate from Biafra?

In effect Binta is telling Kanu to dissociate from Biafra and walk free or cling to it and rot in prison.
You are more stupid than Binta. What makes somebody a Jewhuhhuh Ask yourself that question.

There is nothing wrong in begging. One Nigerian general of Yoruba extraction was kneeling down, shedding tears, begging another Nigerian general of Kanuri extraction. One other general of Yoruba extraction was also kneeling down begging a mere major and an ordinary captain of Hausa -Fulani extraction. A Nigerian president of Yoruba extraction went to the house of his subordinate of Hausa Fulani extraction and prostrated and begged to be allowed for second term. We saw all these.

PoliticsRe: Obaseki Wins As Appeal Court Throws Out Ize-Iyamu’s Case For Ballot Recount by PFRB: 5:57pm On Apr 08, 2017
morereb10:
The opposition party in Edo State, People’s Democratic Party and its candidate at the September 28, 2016 Edo gubernatorial election, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu have lost their bid at the Court of Appeal for a continuation of the halted ballot recount. The Court, sitting in Benin City, threw out the appeal, which included a request by the petitioners that the time spent recounting the ballots should be restored so that they could call more witnesses.

According to Daily Post, the petitioners’ counsel, Mallam Yusuf Alli (SAN) had filed for a ballot recount in four Local Government Areas, namely Egor, Akoko-Edo, Estako West and Estako East to prove their case of electoral irregularity. They contended that the tribunal erred when it stopped the recounting of the ballot papers once the 14 days given to the petitioners to present their case have elapsed.

Delivering unanimous judgment on the appeal, Justice Mudasiru Nasiru, who read the lead judgment, said he decided to take great caution not to go out of bounds since the tribunal was yet to deliver judgment on the main petition. Justice Nasiru held that paragraph 41 of First Schedule of the Electoral Act prescribed the time upon which petitioners and respondents were to prove and defend their case.

He ruled that any action done outside the prescribed time would be a nullity and that the tribunal was right to stop the counting of ballot papers after the 14 days had elapsed. In his words:

“Whatever any party should do to prove its case must be done within the time produced by the Schedule. Once a party commences, the time prescribed to it will start to run”. “The two issues for determination are resolved against the appellants. The appeal is unmeritorious and lacked merit. It is hereby dismissed.

Was this a sound judgement?

I pity many fools on this thread that would jubilate over such a blatant miscarriage of justice... do they ever think this same judges that sentenced a man to 90 years over theft of handset in prison would ever afford them the Ademola treatment whenever they have problems with the law?
How do you prosecute a judge for illegal possession of firearms when the actual case is that the license had expired and there is up to 21 days given for renewal of the license.

How do you prosecute a man for bribery for a gift collected by his adult son and you have not been able to link that gift to the man. It is mere suspicion.

The Orang Utan must be taught a hard lesson on how to go about asking for secession. The only way I can support the abortion of his quest to spend as many years in Kuje as the great Nelson Mandela did is if he walks around naked throughout the Five Villages, bearing a placard that reads "I am a bona-fide idiot", while reciting the national pledge.

PoliticsRe: IPOB Declares May 30 Work-free Day For Ndi-igbo, Biafra Sympathizers by PFRB: 11:12pm On Apr 01, 2017
Youngadvocate:
The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has declared May 30 a work-free day for all supporters of Biafra dream in commemoration of Ndi-Igbo who had lost their lives in sectarian killings in the country from 1945 to date. Other pro-Biafra supporters have given their support to the declaration.

The announcement was given via a statement signed and issued by the group’s Spokesperson, Emma Powerful.

It called on Ndi-Igbo and everyone who believe in the Biafra ideology all over the country to close their businesses and stay at home.

IPOB also said prayers would be held at designated places to mark the day.

The statement read in part “The indigenous people of Biafra and its leadership worldwide would like to use this opportunity to inform Biafrans, friends of Biafra, lovers of freedom all over the world and humanity in general, to prepare for the historic annual Biafra Day of Remembrance 2017.

“On the 30th of May 2017, as it is now the tradition since our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu held the inaugural event at our Cenotaph in Enugu on 30 May 2014, we shall honour the gallant and brave Biafran soldiers that withstood the might of the British-sponsored coalition against Biafra between 1967 and 1970.

“Our heroes and heroines of the class of 1967-1970 who paid the ultimate price in defence of the dignity of the black race during this genocidal war against the people of Biafra, will be remembered and honoured in the finest traditions of IPOB.

“This annual event for 2017 has been designated a day of prayer, fasting, supplication and introspection.

“We shall also remember all the martyred freedom fighters (IPOB & MASSOB) that fell in pursuit of our liberation from the oppression and the tyranny of Nigerian Army, Police, Navy and DSS.

“We can never forget them and we must always honour them as long as there are Biafrans on the face of the earth. Every victim of unwarranted state-sponsored sectarian violence in Nigeria will also be remembered.

“All those that sacrificed their lives in the field of battle and protests that this present generation of Biafrans might live, will be honoured, including the victims of Asaba Massacre. They will be honoured with a two-minute silence immediately the clock strikes 12noon on the 30th of May 2017.

In the statement, it was noted that the May 30 ceremony would be the fourth consecutive time IPOB had held the anniversary.

It added “The very first event was held in Enugu on May 30th, 2014, Aba May 30th, 2015 and 30th May 2016 at Nkpor Anambra State where the Nigerian Army, Police, Navy and DSS committed unspeakable crimes against humanity that brought shame to Nigeria before the comity of civilised nations around the world.

“Therefore, we expect every man, woman and children to observe this great annual event by staying at home and not engaging in any business activity.

“There will be no movement in Biafraland, both human and vehicular. Biafraland will be shut down completely as a mark of dignified respect to those that sacrificed their lives for us.

“That is the least we can do to show them and Almighty God that this generation of IPOB and those to come will remain forever indebted to them that gave their lives to stop the elimination of the Biafra race from the face of the earth.

”Equally all victims of state-sponsored genocide starting from the Jos massacre of Biafran people in 1945 to the most recent Asaba massacre in 2017 at IPOB meeting by the Nigerian Army will all be honoured”.

Okay let me start from this angle. I wanted studying the listenership pattern of Radio Biafra in Aba Metropolis as my project proposal in Comm Arts, UNiuyo, but my Project Coordinator, rejected the topic on grounds that Radio Biafra is a pirate station and I should be a law_abiding citizen. What does that translate to? I have initiated countless debates and discussions on the Biafran issue on my Departmental Whatspp room and it ended into an altercation between the Igbos and Ibibios. Is it the quarrels and arguments in the hostel about Biafra? Abegi! I would like to conduct a survey soon personally within the Uyo capital city with Akwa Ibomites corely as my universe to sample their opinion on this Biafran issue.

no they can not. there are cases when referendum is conducted but the government of the country won't acknowledge it. there's nothing the UN can do. an example is Catalonia in Spain. the referendum conducted shows Catalonia should be a country but Spain has refused to recognise the referendum
The Catalonia referendum was unilateral. That is what Spain is saying..
