Politics › Re: Aregbesola Commences Road Rehabilitation In Osun by phantom(m): 2:50pm On Mar 30, 2012
When i said that the south west should not celebrate YET for voting in the ACN (as if that was the answer to all their problems) people thought i was mad.they voted in crooks who came under the 'fashola/ACN' umbrella to steal them blind and they have refused to open their eyes and see that voting along tribal lines in total dis regard for the type of individual will not get us anywhere.its a pity that even supposedly intelligent persons on this forum are ready to defend to death their crooked governors as long as its the ACN.if those pictures above were in abia state...these same 'intelligent persons' go first talk nonsense.

.......and err...for the record...the only thing that gives igbos the 'hard-on' in lagos,is OUR COLLECTIVE 'ONLY FUNCTIONAL' seaport AND airport(y'all did'nt think it was your chicks now did ya? or your oily soup?*throws up*grin grin).

Politics › Re: Owerri Vs Port Harcourt: Which Is More Developed And Planned? by phantom(m): 6:41pm On Mar 19, 2012
^that was why i said from the beginning that this comparison was not fair.dude pls compare owerri to old port harcourt town.comparing greater ph as it is now to owerri makes no sense.do you really know the boundaries of 'greater ph' as it is now?do you know that the original ph stops at UST?

Politics › Re: Owerri Vs Port Harcourt: Which Is More Developed And Planned? by phantom(m): 5:34pm On Mar 18, 2012
Afam. .true! But you forget thats as a result of the population difference.thats why you would also expect to find more wealthy people in Ph than in those other two...but truth be told, generally speaking PH is probably the only city in this country where the wealth is spread out.you can randomly grab a man off the street there and expect to find(70% probability) at least a hundred bucks in his pocket compared to say lagos where there is a 5 - 10% chance of finding the same( super rich, super poor, very thin middle class).
Politics › Re: Owerri Vs Port Harcourt: Which Is More Developed And Planned? by phantom(m): 5:13pm On Mar 18, 2012
But dede what you have failed to realise is that the economy of PH as it is now is rapidly shifting away from an oil based one.oil has moved from being the 'foundation' of its economy to being its 'catalyst', by that i mean a steady increase in the population of the city AND a resultant increase in nonoil businesses or investments to cater for the increasing population...kind of like what being the FCT did for lagos and is currently doing for abuja.i can say for a fact that one of the reasons the population of this city hasnt exploded is that the cost of jiving here is highest amongst the three major cities..
